Hi helpers!

My name is Prue and I have a beautiful home in the Adelaide Hills, which is waiting for you. I live just about 20 to 30 minutes away from the city and I can give you a lift to the next bus station if you don't have your own car.

I have a big house and a 3 ha property with a vineyard, a walnut orchard, a vegetable garden and a lot of nature. There is always a lot to do and your tasks could be:
* Land maintenance
* Planting
* Looking after the vegetable garden and the vineyard
* Cleaning inside and outside the house
* And other tasks at hand like renovating some rooms and spaces.
The Jobs for you are quite easy to handle and we will also have breaks in between. You would help out about 20 hours a week for accommodation and food, any days off we can discuss over a cup of tea.

There is a room for two in the main house with a shared bathroom right next to the entrance. Another possibility is the studio above the garage where two people can stay with th... more inside

I am a chap who immigrated from Austria some 28 years ago. My wife is from Sri Lanka. I have been mining and cutting Opal at Coober Pedy for the last 26 years, as well as doing other paid jobs along the way.
I am interested in people which are tough and like hard work such as building Rock Walls, helping with tiling, rendering/ woodwork, mechanics and also going out to the fields to mine for Opal.I also speak German, of course.

Right now I am also interested in people to clean my B+B Accommodation on a daily base.

This place has always been the last frontier and can be rough for people used to a sheltered city-live, but we always treat people fair and square. We like to be treated the same.
If you are scared of work or don't like adventure please do not apply and waste both our time, thanks.

We are not the usual type of help-X hosts.
