Hello there! We're a young (30 & 27) couple living in Sydney with our 6-month old baby. Joel is Australian, French, German, and American and Becka is Canadian and American. We love practicing our French and German with friends, but few speak the languages!

We have a spare guest bedroom for family to use when visiting and we'd love to have someone stay in the room and help with our home life.

We've just moved into a new apartment and most things are not yet unpacked, but that's where you come in! :) we love books, volleyball, tennis, theatre, horse riding, board games, and much more!

We're on a beautiful leafy street extremely close (walking distance) to:
* Lane Cove village with cafes, outdoor dining, shops, etc. (we think it's the best little village suburb in Sydney!)
* Buses that take
15 minutes to get into Sydney city
* Bush walking trails
* Parks

The primary job is babysitting, so you *MUST* have experience taking care o... more inside

Rural property (non-commercial) in forested mountain region, in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, close to a lovely spot for cooling off in the creek in summer and the famous (or infamous!) Lunatic Hotel at Drake Village. Aiming for environmental responsibility and economic independence, moving towards self-sufficiency using permaculture and organic methods, with poultry and worms providing the fertilizer!! Goats later when there is a fence! Projects always vary, depending on visitors skills, experience and comfort levels and of course the weather!
Would like to construct using mud-brick techniques eg a cob oven and firepits, construct a mud brick wall, the vegetable garden always needs attention, fruit trees planted and edible food forests established, current projects include completing the 'Eco-Lodge' (already framed- needs lining ) and preparing for aquaponic system and building a hot room/sweat lodge near the spot for the yurt (one day!). We have a smallholding 10km from the nearest town (Queanbeyan, next to Canberra) where we keep horses, poultry, a pig, sheep, and bees.
We also run a riding school on a nearby property.

We prefer people who will stay at least three weeks, who are able to work independently and learn quickly.

We need help with fencing work, general maintenance, gardening, housework and the animals. You need to be willing to help out with four or five hours work each day,in exchange for your own room and all your meals.

We have bicycles to explore the area, and on days off we are happy to drive you into Canberra.

Hello,

We are a young, fun family - Matt, a sports chiropractor, myself, Nicole, a journalist from New Caledonia, our three year old Charlie, and one dog, Lola. We live on beautiful Scotland Island, about an hour north of Sydney CBD.
We love good company, good food and good music and enjoy going for bush walks in the national parks surrounding the island, and for trips on our boat to the beautiful beaches nearby.
Scotland Island is water access only - there is a two minute ferry and we have a commuter boat to get across. We also have surf skies to go exploring the area, the beach is a 5 minute walk from the house and the surf beaches of Sydney's famous northern beaches are a short bus trip away.
You would have your own room in the house and we would be happy to show you around the area and enjoy relaxing barbecues etc.
We essentially need help with looking after our little girl and general help around the house (as well as gardening, carpentry, painting or taking the dog ... more inside

Wild mountain river semi-cleared bush retreat beside the beautiful Wild Cattle Creek, with National Park over the other side. Abundant wildlife & plant life, great swimming and camping areas. Kiwi Fruit, horses, 6 rescued wild-born dingoes & crazy inside cat. I am very much an 'animal person' and a dog trainer/canine behaviourist, so a love of animals is a must.

Music is VERY welcome - I love to have a jamm!

The accommodation caravan is old, but clean & comfortable with basic kitchen facilities and a gas heater. Bathroom facilities at the main house include a gas hot water shower over a bath on the verandah; a small hand-basin with cold running water & flush toilet inside. Washing machine run by the generator.

Power is mostly from a smallish solar system with a small generator as backup. I have satellite internet with Wi-Fi in the main house, & satellite TV.

I need help with the Kiwi Fruit, garden, bush regeneration, animals & general farm work.

Hi, I'm Kyle.

Along with my partner Justin, we live in a 1 year old 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on 20 acres of land located in a conservation area of Wentworth Falls, a town in the lovely Blue Mountains, approximately 90 minutes drive or 120 minutes by train from Sydney.

We are a gay couple (both 37), with a small dog.

We provide accommodation in exchange for some general cleaning as well as gardening (2-3 hours per day) Meals will generally not be provided, however you're welcome to use our fridge and Kitchen to prepare your own meals.

We would prefer gay males who are happy to work both indoors and outdoors and share our house with us.

Please note that our house is clothing optional, please let us know prior if you are or are not happy for this and we will cater for your preference.

We have two rooms available. If you stay with us, you will have your own bedroom and bathroom, plus a guest living area as well as access to the rest of the house.
