We are a small campsite with only 8 pitches and are looking for someone to help with cutting the grass, hedges, moving the odd caravan and just generally keeping the place look tidy. It will mean driving a tractor, lawnmower and using basic strimmers etc.. Hours really are to suit and doesn't have to be rigid daily, probably only equalling up to 3 hours per day.
Accommodation is by means of a supplied caravan which will include electric hook up, Wifi and campsite facilities, food is not normally included but negotiable.

I am living in a new house which was built by my husband. Unfortunately we have separated, and there still remains a little building work to be done. An experienced builder and plumber would be wonderful.
This a wonderful area, with just about every mountain outdoors activity possible. I live in a hamlet about10 minutes drive from the nearest town, surrounded by glorious countryside.

Me and my wife came back to Vietnam with our baby to renovate my 15th century family house in Provence. There is actually only one floor to be fully renovated - top floor - as the rest of the house has been taken care of in the 70's.

The idea is to use traditional masonry techniques to stabilize the walls. You will be trained by me and a local mason to learn how to fix a wall in the ancient way.

In a more modern way, we will isolate the roof with hemp, which is not such a complicated process.
If you can help 3-4 hours a day, we can provide you beautiful room with old chimney, and great light & view. The village is a really beautiful traditional stone masterpiece, with around 2000 inhabitants.

We are young, motivated and energetic, so we expect to receive the same kind of helpers. Of course, we like to share our lifestyle and meals, but we also appreciate independence and self-initiatives.

Looking to host some one or a couple in Fall and Winter until end of April !!!! Please dont mail if you want to stay for 2-6 months. We will only take 2-3 weeks stays to begin with and if it clicks we can perhaps extend it! Carpentry and building skills mostly needed.

We, Charles (USA) and Caroline (NL) have moved to South West France in 2005 with our daughter, Miya(now 14) for a better quality of life. Our businesses are located in a beautifully restored old farm house in Gascogne style (wooden beams with chaux). Caroline runs the Bed & Breakfast and self catering apartment and Charles has an acupuncture practice. He gives workshops in Tai-Chi Chuan and Zen Shiatsu. Most of the guests are from England, Holland or Belgium and some from France.
In February-April and as of end of October we usually continue renovating and upgrading this 12-16th century house and garden! We can use helpers with specific skills like carpentry, painting, making a kitchenette!

We are Tim and Lin originally from England. We have a large, modern, single story house with a swimming pool. The house is situated on the edge of a large village in the Deux Sevres (Dept 79) region of France. My wife has retired (formerly a teacher). I still work part-time (with computers).

We need help with gardening, painting and decorating and general DIY type stuff around the house.

We have double or single bedded rooms.

We are animal lovers and currently have 2 cats and 2 tortoises, we don't kill spiders and any mice our cats catch are taken from them and released!

We think our area is one of the most beautiful in France. Deux Sevres is the second sunniest region of France, averaging over 2000 hours of sunshine a year. There is lots to see and do.
