Welcome,

Karnak is about an hours
drive north of Cairns. The organic property has been in our family for over 40 years. An inspirational place with rare birds and tropical fruit trees and our own pristine river. The property borders the Daintree National Park, it has a beautiful swimming hole and organic produce grown onsite. Stay in an authentic old Queensland home with internet facilities. We are good cooks and appreciate a varied diet. Work includes all aspects of organic gardening and property maintenance, as well as tending rare & tropical fruit trees.

We've been hosting wwoofers for 30 years now and we love interacting with people from all over the world!

We are able to pick up from either Mossman or Port Douglas with prior notice.
