Hi,

We are a family of five with three young children. We need help with childminding and doing jobs around the house and garden. We live in Schull a beautiful part of West Cork. We are an easy going family with part-time jobs and lots of interests. Our house is in the countryside by the mountains and close to the sea. It is possible to cycle to Schull from our house.

We need someone who is independent and confident, someone who enjoys children and will be able to work away on their own initiative.

We are offering a lovely room with a view beside a bathroom with WiFi. We love food and you can be assured that while staying with us you will eat well.

Hi Helpxer!

We are looking for somebody to start asap, ideally for a month or more. We also have availability for the rest of the year.

We are a beautiful B&B with 28 rooms in the centre of Belfast. Just 5 minutes walk from the University and 10 minutes from the City hall and city centre.

We ask you to help at the B&B for 24 hours a week for which we give you free accommodation and breakfast.

For our volunteers we have a room with 3 volunteers. Use of kitchen facilities and of course toilet / shower.

Your English needs to be good enough for reception shifts.

Around the corner from the B&B there are train and bus stops and a wide range of restaurants and pubs.
The city of Belfast is an amazing city with 300.000 people that are so friendly and helpful in any way.
The country is beautiful with an amazing scenery.

Thank you for your time and attention and hope to hear from you soon!

We converted a 200 year old coach house into our home. It is set in a wooded valley by the sea, 12km from Kinsale and about 25km from Cork, in Southern Ireland. Help always needed with general maintenance, stone wall building, carpentery, painting, woodland management, vegetable patch and garden or whatever project is going on. We have 2 grown up kids, two dogs, one cat. Sara is a ceramicist and Gidi sells his Middle Eastern food in three local farmers' markets and at festivals. We both work from home. We can offer a nice big room ensuite with wifi and good food. As we have a small house we usually offer short term stays (c.2 weeks).
At present we have a lot of trees down after Ophelia and could gladly do with some help clearing, cutting, tidying...
so do get in touch if that sort of outdoor work appeals, thanks

Hi, we are a family of four. we are in the process of a new start on our land. We are rebuilding tunnel for vegetables, rebuilding raised vegetable beds inside of the tunnel and outside, we are rebuilding very old shed, which will be finished by stones from the original shed, we are landscaping other parts of our land, like building the mosaic patio and much much more.
We live in the countryside, 2km away from the nearest village and 6km to the nearest town.
it is also located 6km away from the closest beach, which happens to be 2km long sandy beach by the Donald Trump-owned golf club. the beach is easily accessible and it has stunning views. It is our constant point for walks, picking seaweed and catching crabs. Sometimes place for fishing too. A bit further, 15 min drive there is a beautiful small seaside town, Kilkee. with stunning walks on clifs on the edge of town and sandy beach which is always used for swimming. it is a gateway to beautiful Loop head peninsula, which has be... more inside

This is phase 1 of a restoration project.

We are on a beautiful headland on the south end of Donegal., the sea is within 200m of the cottage, with swimming, fishing and beachcombing.

The ultimate aim is to rescue and renovate this beautiful, but old and battered cottage, and establish a sustainable growing project within the grounds. This will take a number of years but the priority at the moment is to work on the actual cottage. The quicker we can get this done, the better the accommodation will be! For now, all we can offer is camping space in the garden.

This summer we would love to have some strong fit volunteers who have an interest/expertise in:

renovating old buildings
Electrical work
plumbing
lime plastering
dry stone wall building
Thatching
permaculture

we can only offer the garden of the property for accommodation, bring tents and sleeping bags with you, though the living room of the property is available for relaxation periods. We have a basic out... more inside
