Hi Helpers -
We are a small family who live in Co. Clare.
We have just bought together with another family, 7 acres of stunning land in the Burren near Doolin, so will be mainly working there for October and November.

CURRENTLY WE NEED HELP to clean a yurt canvas, making a dry stone wall

We need experienced helpers - carpenters, experienced in stone wall building and coppicing and can do physical work.

If you are creative and able to work with wood, this is definitely the place for you! The views from the land are amazing!

I am currently collecting wood, glass windows and other building materials to make a glass house/workshop space.

We prefer if you have experience working independently. We also need help from time to time looking after Ruben (8) and India (6).

This is an interesting land project. JOIN Us!!!!

I run yard of Sport horses, producing young horses for showjumping, eventing and high quality hunters. I also have some breeding stock and young stock. It is a beautiful old yard in a wonderful setting but it is labour intensive. Horses are young so if someone wanted to ride would need to ride well and confidently. I am looking for some help with the yard, mucking out etc and with the horses from lunging /riding to trimming clipping etc if possible. But even a couple of hours mornings just mucking out and keeping the yard would be a big help to me. 3 or 4 hours work a morning would be ideal.

The area is very beautiful but it is a rural area. I am based on the Meath / Westmeath border close to the historic village of Fore

I have two dogs that live in the house also so it would be important that you like dogs.

It is a friendly area with neighbours often dropping in and I have clients in trying horses for sale also so it can be busy some days but usually some fun ... more inside

This old estate is located on beautiful Valentia Island of the South West coast of Kerry. It was home to several generations of Knights of Kerry. Today there is a historic B&B in the old manor house, 4 self catering holiday homes, a mature sub tropical garden, heritage woodlands, a walled garden and a working farm, all for visitors to wander about. It's 10 minutes walk to the lighthouse, 3 minutes to the beach. There are ancient healing energy points on the grounds, dating back to druid times and many ancient sites nearby, like the UNESCO World Heritage site Skellig Rock. We - Jessica and Eoin and our 2 Kids (6 and 4 years old) have taken over from Jessica's mum. The whole estate is in need of a tidy-up and a face lift. It is a very exciting time and if you would like to be part of a team making Glanleam shine and glow again then we would love to have you with us. The list of work to be done is endless, there is work to be done in the garden and woodlands, clearing, maintenance, orga... more inside

Positions have been filled for winter 2017..
We will update the job postings in February 2018...

Located on the scenic island of Inis Mor, we are looking for a helper from September 2017 onwards.
Ideally we would like helpers to stay for a month although if suited helpers are more than welcome to stay for longer periods of time. There is a 2 week trial period that needs to be completed.

We run a busy food Spar market that is located on Inis Mor Island which is located 1.5 hours from Galway city.

It is one of Ireland's favourite tourist destinations known for its famous Aran Sweater and spectacular scenery. It is the ideal place to reconnect with nature and sample the traditional way of life in Ireland.

The Food Market is located in the middle of the vibrant village of Kilronan which is located just a few meters from the bustling pier and beach. There are isolated beaches within five minutes walk and
numerous scenic sites on the Island all within easy reach of t... more inside

We are currently closed for Winter. We welcome applications for April 2018 onwards but do not need help from now till March.

Hi from a relaxed, friendly nearly-retired couple who love to 'host' and welcome our volunteers as if they were family. We are a 1 hectare smallholding with sheep, poultry, pigs (in summer), an out of control vegetable garden and plenty of 'wild' bits, in NW Roscommon. You are welcome to try some (fully supervised) livestock tasks at the appropriate times of year (moving stock, dealing with families of baby chicks, sheep shearing and foot trimming etc). We try to give guests a mix of jobs and nothing too awful! You will get mowing and tidying but also, if we can, jobs for which you have stated a preference. Our most recent volunteers asked for 'wood-work' - we had plenty.

Our house is 150 years old on the outside, 5 years old on the inside. Your room will be warm and comfortable as well as private but you will be welcome to treat all the 'common' areas... more inside
