POSITION AVAILABLE IN PERTH NOW !! EASY JOB

You would need to be able to speak English and be a mature female with a "I can do attitude" better more than 45years old. We need someone to care take our property for about three/five weeks starting in Sep. including, cooking and house chores, and be part of the family.

We have a home office and if you can answer the phone or do a bit of typing on our Web page, that will help us a lot.

We are non smokers, so we do not allow smoking in the home.

We expect our helpers to do their fair share of house chores, including washing and ironing, and if you are happy staying with us, there may be an opportunity for you to stay longer. We often go away, so you would be required to also care for our home and do a little gardening work while taking messages.

We are also on the bus and train routes, so coming and going will not be a problem, and Perth is only about 45 minutes away by train.

This opportunity needs to be filled... more inside

We are a youngish couple (early 40's) with two children (Boy - 11, Girl - 9) running a Merino farm just over the hills from Perth, surrounded by national park with plenty of native animals.

Our nearest township is Wandering which has a great country pub (thats it!) and a burgeoning vineyard scene and our service town is Brookton - with a couple of pubs, supermarket, hardware, postoffice & pool. We head into town several times a week and the kids attend school there.

Its a great lifestyle in a beautiful setting not far from the city. We are well travelled and broadminded and would like our children to be exposed to new cultures and languages from an early age. This is a perfect compromise!

Odd jobs could include (but not limited to) sheepwork, general farmwork, building, gardening, housework or childminding - it just depends on what you are capable of and feel comfortable doing.

Our busy times are crutching (April), seeding (May), shearing (August & October), lamb mar... more inside

We have 66 acres of natural bush just over an hour south of Perth. There is a large kangaroo population. Lots of birdlife and a few possums. There is a very basic house and a couple of caravans on the property for visitors.
From the first of April till the end of October we need a hand cleaning up dead wood and clearing firebreaks ready for summer. This involves piling up wood, raking up leaves and having bonfires. In return for helping we will provide accomodation and food. We are a ten minute drive from the town of Pinjarra and a ten minute drive from the estuary. Please phone or email for more info.

We have a lovely property of 2.5 acres and we grow Christmas Trees
We do have a wonderful garden which requires tending all year round . But, mostly we need helpexers for maintenance around the place and for us to help the helpexers to acclimatise and to see how we , as Aussies live.

There will still be the usual cleaning up of a thousand leaves from the trees as the summer win ds here are very very strong.. I would like single people or even 2 guys or 2 girls .

I look forward to some hard working young people with initiative coming to stay with us. I enjoy cooking for our helpers and we enjoy nothing more than a good laugh and chat over a glass of wine during dinner
Until then ...enjoy life and I hope to see some strong young people on my door step soon

Room is currently AVAILABLE.

Make sure you read and understand the following terms very carefully before contacting me.
This will avoid misunderstandings that may ultimately lead to disappointment.

Hi and welcome to Broome.

Weather:
Broome is a winter paradise and tourists flock here from all over the world to enjoy the clean white sands of beautiful Cable Beach. But summer is as hot as hell so be warned!

I am looking for workers to perform the usual domestic tasks of general house cleaning and yard maintenance. I also have some projects including paving, electrical work, mechanical work and some landscaping. So if you have these skills, let me know. If you have a problem with manual labor this is not the place for you.

NOTE: I will require a room security bond for the duration of your stay. This sorts out the users and time-wasters who have no intention of honoring their commitment. So if you are unwilling to commit to my terms then move on. You are wasting you... more inside
