We have loads of projects on the go at the moment from putting up polytunnels, barns and building veg beds to planting trees and veg and mulching what we have already got growing. Organic and bibodynamic ethos.

We would like our helpers to work 5/6 hours a day in return for accommodation and food. Not wotkind sundays though. Accommodation is a large caravan with electricity no wifi phone signal is ok depending which netwrk you are with. Use of internet in our home if needed. Use of a small bathroom in our home, you have your own compost loo though.

We are fish eating veggies and would be happy to cater for vegans.

pets can be discussed as we have two cats and hens.

Having your own car would be an advantage but not essential

UPDATE: WINTER 2017-2018:

We are keen to hear from WWOOFERS - a couple or single person - who would like to join us during the winter months: December 2017, January and February 2018. You will need to be quite hardy, and prepared for our cold and wet climate - it's pretty elemental here during winter! It can rain a lot, and be cold. The farm work is more difficult because of the wet ground. The caravan has a wood burner, so you will be warm and cosy, however you will still need to go outside to get to the outdoor compost toilet and the shower facility. We cook and eat together in our cabin which is quite small, so it's important that we can all get along.

We are particularly interested in people who:
- have some practical skills with building/carpentry
- are up for sharing the cooking
- have experience of living the 'outdoor life' or in a caravan during winter.

If this is of interest, please read on for more about our farm and what kinds of activities WWOOFING here invol... more inside

I am a live aboard a house boat owner on Thames river in SW London, having designed built them myself with many reused windows e.g. double glazing and kitchens. As its in water we are all here at our own risk. My four house Barges (House boats) have young mixed sex tenants, ages 18 to 35 in SW London. That is my business renting cabins. they are currently on Thames near, Walton, Hampton Court and Kingston, you might cycle between them and stay on different barges so come with a back pack not suitcase! I am direct (do not take it personally), chatty, opinionated, interesting, fun, single with children that live with their wonderful mums, that do not visit often as they are dispersed sadly. Originally from rugged New Zealand, Aotearoa, land of the long white cloud, kiwi fruit, All Blacks, Alpes, volcanoes, deserted beaches, lakes earthquakes and a whole lot else! I like exercise, boating, cycling, rugby, history, parks, going to movies, pubs. You will learn much off grid living knowle... more inside

Looking for someone to start as soon as possible for 1-2 weeks (maybe longer)

My 2 children (age 16 & 17), 11 hens & I live in a 5 bedroom house (building site) with a large garden & lovely views. We need someone to help with the weeding and other gardening when the weather is fine & do some housework and DIY when it's not. If you have any skills in painting & decorating, we could really use them right now. In return you'll be well fed as we love cooking and baking!

You will need to be fit & strong, like hard work & preferably know the difference between a weed & a (wanted) plant. A good dash of common sense will also go a long way. Must be a non smoker & I am afraid that I cannot host vegans. Either a single person or a couple is welcome.

We particularly love Kiwis, Australians & French speakers but if you're neither, you're still very welcome!

We live 10 minutes walk away from the local railway station which can take you to the bigger cities such as Leeds and Manch... more inside

Are you available in November, for 3-4 weeks? Would you like to spend part of your stay in London and the other part in the Norfolk countryside? Have you got some DIY skills and do you like dogs/cats? Is your English of intermediate level or above? I am looking for a disciplined and hard-working person to help with the following: a range of maintenance jobs in the house, some furniture moving, removing bathroom tiles, taking down/putting up shelving and various other jobs. The work will be based in London part of the time and Norfolk part of the time (where there will also be some woodcutting, painting and gardening). Dog and cat are part of the family - so you need to like animals, not have any allergies etc. In return I can offer a nice environment, good, home-cooked food and help with your English as I am an English teacher. If you are preparing for an English exam or need better English for job applications, this could be a good opportunity for you. I look forward to... more inside

Our 17th century farmhouse is home to Piers, Sue, three young people aged 17-21 (two are away at university), two house cats and a small, very friendly dog. Our optimum stay length is two or three weeks and we have vacancies in Spring 2018.

We offer helpxers comfortable accommodation in a prime tourist area, excellent food and a genuine welcome, in return for seriously hard work.

We are within sight of the sea in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are shingle beaches to walk to and steep-sided sandy coves easily reachable by bike (although the roads are hilly!). South Devon is an enormously popular tourist destination from Easter to October, when it earns its reputation as the sunniest part of England.

We moved here six years ago and have established a multi-award-winning business running stylish, comfortable self-catering holiday cottages. We live on site in the main farmhouse, where we accommodate helpxers in cosy, clean guest rooms. You will have your own TV, a... more inside

Hi, we are Jane and Dave. We live in a small village in rural Lincolnshire in the East of England where we keep bees, chickens and pigs (pigs only during June-November) and grow fruit and vegetables in our large garden.

Weve travelled a lot ourselves, so its great to welcome people from around the world into our own home. We get the benefit of all the help with the animals, the garden and our various projects enjoy the company of so many interesting people. Our volunteers seem to be happy too, have a look at our reviews to see if this is a homestay you would enjoy.

Weve been hosting HelpXrs for several years, as well as volunteers from other similar sites. We are full now for the rest of the year but maybe we'll see you in 2018. Here is a snapshot of our 2017 HelpX year.

Anthony started the HelpX year for us. Its the time when were beginning to get the garden ready for the coming year, so he was helping outside and then, when the weather turned bad we made use of... more inside

***Fancy a little escape to the British countryside? The busy summer season has ended, but we are now preparing for next year's festivals and brewing - work will involve building structures for the venue, some sheep work, gardening, brewing beer and general help around the house. We are looking for people from now (October) all throughout the winter! If you're hard-working when needed, but enjoy a laid back lifestyle and up for a laugh please get in touch.***

Nestled right on the beautiful Jurassic Coast, smack-bang in the center southern Dorset, this farm is a 300 acre family farm that wears many hats! We raise a large flock of sheep, raise pigs, turkey and geese, we run a campsite, maintain our vineyards and produce thousands of liters of traditional cider every year that we sell at the farm cider shed. We have polytunnels and gardens and do our best to live as sustainability as possible. Our most recent and glamorous endeavors are the micro brewery for beer which is up and run... more inside

Volunteering in a seaside hotel.

Please note: following the internal rules, including those of mutual respect and consideration for all, are a real "must". To avoid disappointment, please do not apply if you can not follow them.

DO apply if you are enthusiastic, motivated and trustworthy, and love to overcome a challenge - you have an opportunity to grow and gain new skills (see multiple reviews below :)
Do NOT apply: if you are lazy, irresponsible, dishonest, do not keep your own word and are likely to put your work on someone else. You will not succeed - and you are likely to lose your place (see certain reviews below)

Would you like to join us in a friendly seaside hotel on the Promenade in Blackpool?
This is the place where the charm of the Victorian hotel meets the enthusiasm and the young spirit of an international traveller, where one can start a career as a general assistant manager, a chef, a designer, a builder, a barmaid/barman, etc. - and participate in reno... more inside
