Hi, salut, ciao, hola My name is Alastair and I am looking for help with my wife Frances who has been afflicted with early onset dementia. This has left her with limited and diminishing mobility and communication ability. We live in suburban S.E. London and require assistance with maintenance of house and garden.Assistance can be direct e.g. gardening or indirect I.e. sitting with Frances while I garden.
Work
To do outside
Clear ivy, brambles, holly. Cut gas, bushes, etc
Internally
Clearance of accumulated stuff and redecorating from rooms particularly upstairs which has been a bit of a tipping ground since we are effectively living on ground floor only.
Hours worked can be flexible to suit weather and allow helpers to visit London attractions.

Accommodation
This could be in single or double rooms depending on the progress of clearance and decoration.

Location
House is less than 10 minutes walk from nearest overground rail station. Local buses to Bromley and Croydo... more inside

I'm helen and I'm a yoga and primary school teacher with a passion for sustainability and nutrition. I have a dream to grow organic produce here and hold courses for people to come and forage food and have cooking classes.
My brother Jay and I have a 6 acres property, 5 bed house that we offer accommodation, surf and yoga retreats from . We also hope to offer massage, reiki, cooking courses and fitness in the future.
We would like to offer food and accommodation in return for help with building, digging, cleaning and general skills on the land. We are wanting to build compost toilets, set up an organic polytunnel.

We have a bedroom for accommodation in the house. You're welcome to use all the house facilities.

My brother and I are super friendly and on site working with a small team of people - so extra help would be fabulous.

We are close to Perranporth and Holywell beaches and Truro ....

We are a busy glamping and camping site right on the England/Wales border. Family owned and run we live onsite and enjoy looking after our guests. We own horses, pigs, dogs and cats and hope to add donkeys and pygmy goats.

If you're looking for a fun place to work with nice people, you've found it. We will make you welcome and feed you well. There's lots to do but we are fair and reasonable. We are 5 miles away from the busy market town of Oswestry, Shropshire. The village bus runs into town twice a week and so it would be useful for helpers to have their own transport.

We are very hands on and currently do all the practical work ourselves with help from our children. Our two oldest kids are off to pastures new at the end of summer and we will need help. Helpers would help with cleaning, changing bed linen, vacuuming, cooking, laundry and all the practicalities of running a glamping site.

We also need someone capable of mowing grass and strimming weeds. Helpers who are hand... more inside

NO HELPERS REQUIRED UNTIL SUMMER 2018

I live in a 200 year old converted barn in a small village in NW Cambridgeshire. As I am now a pensioner I require some help to maintain the building, inside and out.
I've had10 excellent helpers during the last 3 summers 2015-2017 and it was a great experience for all of us therefore willing to take more helpers in 2018.
The work would suit fit people, of either gender, who don't mind hard work and working at heights - on ladders. Preference given to those experienced in painting/decorating, gardening and general house maintenance. Tasks I wish to undertake this year are painting, inside plus some gardening. Work times and time off flexible to suit all.
In return I can offer food, accommodation , good company and informal English lessons - I'm a qualified TEFL teacher, now retired. You would get a single room and 2 good meals a day - I'm an excellent cook and enjoy providing/sharing good food for my guests. I eat well, preparing me... more inside
