Hi. We have a lovely old home in the midwest WA that is currently empty and in need of repair.

We are looking to either complete repairs ourselves, or have help doing the repairs, with a view to then using the home as an AirBNB rental.

Ideally we would like to invite an individual or a couple who have handyperson skills to live rent free for anywhere between 2-12 months, to slowly repair the property and get it rental-ready. We live a few hours away from the property; so the helpers would be essentially independent and on their own. We would likely cover some repair expenses and internet/electrical/water etc, some furniture, but food would be up to you. Details will be negotiated.

We would then envisage having someone stay on rent-free in one room, and maintaining the house while renting out other rooms on AirBNB. In addition to living rent-free, a portion of all revenue from the AirBNB would also be allocated to the live-in caretaker.

This would suit an individ... more inside

We are located in the beautiful Margaret River region and close to Boranup Forest, many beaches and the highlights of Margaret River townsite.
We are a small friendly farm with a variety of cattle and poultry, also included is an extensive orchard.
We would like help with a variety of farm jobs depending on the season. An example would be helping to care for our pastured hens including relocating the mobile hen houses or collecting / grading eggs, general farm jobs would be moving cattle around the farm, weeding, picking up sticks or milking our house cow. We would also like help to develop our veggie patch.
To enjoy the work it is best if you are fit and willing.
We are happy to negotiate the number of hours worked and what is included. You would have your own bathroom facilities and could use your own camper or a bedroom in our home.

We are a family with two children, aged 12 and 14, living in central Geraldton (sunny, coastal town, 4 hours north of Perth) on a 'garden' block of fruit trees and vegie garden. We would love help with general jobs around the house and garden. We have recently extended our backyard and have a large space that needs some construction and gardening work.
We are keen travellers (in 2011 cycling around Europe for 7 months- www.4bikes1tent.org) and have enjoyed hosting many visitors from the world over. Our own experiences include WWOOFing in Europe twice.
We love growing, preparing and cooking food (see photos). We have had many happy meal times sharing experiences and cultures with people from Italy, France, Germany, Taiwan, Libya, Mexico, South Africa, the US and UK.
You could join us in our outdoor activities like going to the beach (surfing, snorkelling, boating), cycling, running, camping etc. In exchange for 3-4 hours work a day, helpers would have their own accommodation spac... more inside

I live in a house in an intentional community near Fremantle within walking distance from famous South Beach. I require around 3-5 hours of help per day with general household duties, and gardening. Please keep in mind that this is HELP-x, not Free-Holiday-x. I do expect you to work as hard as any other 'real' job, and to log your hours and achievements so that we are clear, and you can enjoy your time off.

This is an award-winning, intentional co-housing community of around two dozen people.
We live in 12 architect designed houses a 15 minute bike ride from the world famous 'Cappuccino Strip' in Fremantle, Western Australia.

Each house is fully self-contained and residents share the common facilities.
In the Common House we have a kitchen & dining area, an office, a meeting room, a small guest room, and a laundry.

The community cooks and shares meals two times a week during the Australian school terms (these meals are $6 each and you will need to book the day before), a... more inside
