Hello,.
I have a lovely property which I have listed on airbnb for paying guests, pool, spa, sauna, lovely rooms, great garden, bbq, games etc While I don't have paying guests I invite travellers from Helpex to enjoy the property in exchange for work. You will stay in very clean, comfortable and private rooms. We gave guests due on 22Dec and need a hand to polish up the house and swimming pool. Someone with experience cleaning the pool would be great.
We also need help in the following:- up to 6 friends depending on dates, carpenter, handyman, electrician, mechanic, plumber. You will need good English (to follow instructions) a happy personality and a good worker. Seriously read this listing well before applying - we offer a great place but expect serious help in exchange.

Perth is now the most expensive city in Australia - the 15th most expensive in the world - (more than New York!), so I will expect a fair work exchange. I am a fair and happy host who goes out o... more inside

My home is very disorganised and untidy, if that is a problem for you it would be best for you to find another host.

If there are foods that you do not eat, please let me know before you arrive.
I can prepare good, healthy meals and can cater to most peoples needs. I enjoy food from diverse cuisines.

I have one self contained unit, and 2-3 private bedrooms.

My home is a 2ha (5 acre) bush block partially cleared property situated in a valley with a winter creek, it has views into the forest and is within easy walking distance to the centre of Mundaring, a semi-rural town.

You'll be provided with comfortable accommodation in a granny flat with a queen-size bed or if unavailable a bedroom. The granny flat is self contained, with kitchenette and bathroom-laundry.

Mundaring is 35km from Perth and 55 minutes away by public transport.

For people who like nature, my garden is visited by many native birds, quendas and occasionally kangaroos, with wildflowers at their best ... more inside
