Hello!

I am Nico, a full-time traveler (although now full-time web developer) from Barcelona.
I have traveled for +20 months and am now in London living in an old Victorian house of Nick, a cool guy who picked me up hitch hiking last year.
This year I mentioned I wanted to come to England so he offered me to stay at his place in exchange for very little work.
I have received so much help during my travels that now I have "my own place" I can help other people. I was always so glad when people offered me a bed, but it takes so little effort to help travelers that I feel bad for not having people every single day...

At the end of May, when I moved in, Nick and I started to fix the house and make it more friendly to live in. We had the idea that people could come and help us refurbish it in exchange for accommodation. It is an old Victorian house in Zone2 of London, and Nick and I (Nico) have completely refurbished one room (the one you'll stay in) by knocking down a wall and ... more inside

We have 4 bedroom large house with small garden in the middle of a village in the Ashdown Forest. OK transport connections, the nearest station is East Grinstead which goes to Victoria in London and is a 20 minute bus ride from the village. We have a dog, a 6 year old cocker spaniel. Forest row has several bio-dynamic farms nearby. It is a meat free household.
I have several projects on the go and need someone who can do minor woodwork repairs, someone good at organising and someone to do painting and decorating.
