Hello I moved to Australia from the Uk 7 years ago as a back packer, I now hold residency status. I am currently working full time as a vet nurse at the Perth Zoo and could do with a little hand around the house. This would just be small normal daily household tasks, like cleaning windows, removing cobwebs, racking leafs and spending time with my cat and dog.

The house is a on a lovely street with a real sense of community , and just a two minute walk from the beach.

You would be staying in the house which I share with one other female, I am 38 and she is 47. We are both very easy going people.

If you feel like this is something you might like to do please feel free to contact me. Please note we can not take anyone until 23rd December. You must LOVE animals tho.

Located in the north central Gascoyne of WA, the property is a desert cattle station that straddles the Kenneth and Godfrey Ranges. Pingandy Creek is the main water channel through the station. Pingandy can be easily accessed from Mt Augustus National Park, located 94km to the west, from Karijini National Park to the north or from Meekatharra from the south. To drive here you should have two good spare tires. I could also collect you from Meekatharra or Paraburdoo.

I am undertaking several landcare conservation projects and wish to have some help with constructing sediment traps, leaky weirs and marking contours.

I also need an extra pair of hands to complete a few station maintenance jobs. No experience necessary and nothing is too labor intensive.

For a volunteer couple there is the opportunity for a partner who does not wish to work in the field to stay at the homestead. There they could cook or undertake other domestic tasks to support the field work and/or do some gard... more inside

We are a small family operation running a 47 acre farm as natural as possible.
Our location is 15ks west of Albany near beaches and bike/walk trails. We are passionate about growing good quality food.
We produce honey, free range eggs, olive oil etc. Our home is welcoming with Christian values. With a lovely family atmosphere. During the day we also have people with disabilities helping us. Work includes helping us collecting eggs, cleaning eggs, feeding
and watering animals, helping us on the farm. We also have a vege garden. There are also some building projects and different tasks each day. Shared meals, mixed diet. No smoking,no drugs.

Must be honest and reliable. Must be keen to help us in our operation. We do have a lot of fun so it would be good if you had a sence of humour. We are patient if you have never done anything like this before, as long as you are willing to learn. A great place for you to learn new skills.
We do provide accommodation for 3 or BYO accom.
