We are a multicultural family with a nippo-brasilian mum (48 years old), a french dad (53 years old) and our brasilian boy (7 years old).

We are very busy with academic occupation and sometimes one or the other is away.

We are looking for a person who could :
- pick up the kid at school, give him a lift to the music school and stay with him when needed.
- help a little bit at home (even though we already have a house maid 2hours a week)
- help out also with some gardening and some little house work once and a while.
We live in a very beautiful place and you would stay in a small "dungeon" (30 squared meters) with all needed comfort (bathroom, kitchen corner, wi-fi…).
We rejoice a pond, greenhouse, vegetable garden, garden basin and others old building we are trying to restore (as far as we can).
Very beautiful things that would need time…
All of this take place in Normandy, 5 minutes away from a beautiful old touristic city of "Villedieu les Poeles", 30 minutes away fro... more inside

We are two enthousiastic Dutch men (50+), who decided 5 years ago to move to "les plages de débarquement" in the Calvados (Basse Normandie). We live in St. Pierre du Mont which is close to Bayeux. We run here a small chambres d'hôtes. We look for somebody to help us creating all (building, gardening etc.). We look for a man, non smoker, between 35 and 50, who likes dogs and cats and who has two right hands! We ask for at least 4 hours of work per day. If you like to walk with the dogs would be fine. If you like to cook would be fine also.

Hello,
I'm Chantal müller, I live in the area Lower Normandy in a beautiful landscape between the "Mont-Saint-Michel" and the beaches of D-Day. I propose you to stay in an arranged caravan. In exchange I expect from you to mow the lawn and to cut the hedges, help me cooking and from time to time I will have some special work (like painting, building a birdcage).

I like the cultural exchange, I speak French and German, my English is no so well but I'm sure we will find a way to discuss :)

Tucked away in the heart of the beautiful French countryside we are an Irish/French couple who are converting our old 300+ house. We have the main house completed but still need help with decoration (painting, wallpapering etc), some mason/building/carpentry and also help in the gardens. Due to this nature of work the house often finds itself dusty so housekeeping is also something we are looking for.

We are located close to Bayeux and within driving distance to the Normandy beaches, we are a peaceful location and its ideal for anyone looking for a real sense of rural Normandy. Our house is a real stay in history, having being built in 1711 as a Presbytery, then becoming the village school from the late 1700's to WWII when it became a German headquarters, it was liberated by the US 2nd Infantry Division and was restored again as a village school until the beginning of the 1960's when it closed its doors forever... many ghosts run through this old building.

Our home comes co... more inside

We live in the midst of the D-Day landing beaches in Normandy in an ex-dairy farm. We've renovated several of the buildings and we're still working on our house. Mainly we're looking for someone to help take care of garden, grounds, possibly to help with renovation projects. If you've got building skills, that's a real plus. You might also be asked to walk the dogs or cook a meal or clean. We're pretty flexible and hope you will be too. We are rural, so it's best if you have your own vehicle. It would be really good to have a couple or a pair of friends.

You'll have a 2-bedroom nicely-renovated cottage to stay in. It has wi-fi and TV and is very comfortable. There's a kitchen in the cottage, so you can cook for yourself or you can eat/cook with us. I am a teacher and my husband is "retired," which means he is working full-time on our project. We have a son who is studying agriculture, and a passel of animals.

We are located in the heart of the D Day Landings & National Park in Normandy France...we're looking to host a couple or someone on their own to help us for a couple of weeks...light tasks, some painting & decorating (not much more touching up), getting the Llamas & Alpacas ready for winter with a muck out and fresh straw down plus one already lead trained & we need to bring on Esme. A bit of a tidy in the gardens a few bushes trimmed back perhaps a hand with the lavender crop

We've 4 little dogs, 8 rescue cats, couple of sheep, couple of goats, 2 turkeys, a goose and lots of chickens as well as the 2 Llamas & 3 Alpacas.

Surrounded by history here, Utah Beach is a 10 minute drive away, Ste Mere Eglise 4 miles away, Bayeux 40 minute drive or 30 minutes on the train and beautiful fishing ports along the coast to include Barfleur where William the Conqueror set sail from.

Anytime, especially now we are nearing the end of the season - we don't mind a couple or someone on their... more inside
