Hi there!

We are a small family, just my parents, Jacko the dog, two cats and me.
We live in a nice little village in the country side of a really beautiful area in Spain. It is near to a small town and offers a wide range of things to do.
On our plot of land we have an organic vegetable garden and fruit trees.
We speak Spanish, Galician, German and English but we are also open to other languages. We have met many diverse people from different parts of the world and love to hear their stories, to exchange ideas and enrich one another.

In return for some help in the garden and taking the dog for walks we offer you meals, conversations, a nice and warm bed, a welcoming place to stay and to take part of our lives (which also includes an immersion in the paragliding world).

We hope to hear from you soon and are looking to meeting you.

With love,
Sarah

We are a French family, we speak English. We live in an eco Neighborhood in Andalusia (Spain), in a beautiful place (in a mountain with views of the Mediterranean Sea). You will be staying in a small caravan. We are 15 minutes drive from the city (Motril and Salobrena), Granada 30 mn, Malaga 45 mn, and 15 mn for the beach.
For more details and photos, please contact me.

We have a wonderful home in the hills, very isolated in a semi-wild valley. If you're looking for a nice bit of work and some peace and quiet away from civilisation, this is the place! The farm is totally off grid.
The project is political, localist and we use some of the tools of permaculture in our design approach. We are particularly interested in volunteers that have an interest in both the horticultural and the political aspects of the project.

For work we have (depending on the season) gardening, forestry and bio-construction.

For leisure there is hiking, a wonderful library, music (we play folk music) and board games.

We live in Galiza and, like Catalunya and the basque country, although we are officially in the state of Spain, this is not Spain! At home we speak English and Galizan (galego), the language of Galiza. So if you're looking to work on your Spanish, this is not the place to go! If you're wanting to learn Galizan or Portuguese, perfect! We can all learn ... more inside

This is a 10 hectare smallholding, 6 of which are sloping woodland and the rest, about 4 hectares, flat irrigated land. The woodland area, like much of the rest of the surrounding countryside is mixed Mediterranean woodland and includes cork oaks, stone oaks, carob trees, wild and grafted olive trees, pines and a long list of undergrowth shrubs like strawberry trees, heather, wild pistachio, lentiscus and myrtle. Below on the flat irrigable area the vegetation includes other species like southern nettle tree, sweet chestnut, pecan, walnut, white and common poplar.
The smallholding is really spectacular as its boundaries are: to the northwest, the Genal river; to the northeast, a section of the Gran Senda de Málaga public footpath (655km around the entire province of Málaga) where the latter joins the Genal river; to the southwest, with the Descansadero de La Escribana (an ancient public livestock resting place for nomadic grazing rights) where the Almarchal river joins the Genal ... more inside

Hi there, we are an Anglo/Italian family with two kids, Sole 3 and Oceano 1. We are looking for a girl or a couple that can help with our children, in the house and in our forest. Non smoker. Minimum stay 15 days - no less. It would be better if you had your own car because we live 2 km away from the nearest village with a bus stop. Working hours: 5 per a day, 6 days per week. We will provide food and accommodation in the form of a camper with a shower etc., situated on a private terrace on our land. We eat normal food. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Oh yes, children and dogs are more than welcome here.

We are a Swedish/Danish couple that has been living in Spain since 2000 together with our daughter born 2005. We also have twin boys that are 22 today that are living their own lives in Sweden at the moment and are coming home to Spain sometimes to visit. We home school our daughter who is fluent in Spanish, English and Swedish.
Our house is outside the small village of Csares in Andalucia and about 15 minutes drive from the coast. We have stunning views towards the Mediterranean, Africa and Gibraltar and beautiful sunsets.

We are looking for help with gardening, there are other small projects to help with such as tidying sheds, fixing small jobs in the caravan and cooking if enjoyed and cleaning. Ideas and knowledge are most welcome.
We have six chickens and 5 cats. A couple of geese might be joining us soon.

Our volunteers will stay in our caravan that sleeps up to three people with own kitchen, fridge and shower. We share our kitchen in the house and the meals we eat. ... more inside

Hello! We are Arcadi and Sara, and our sons are Edén (4 years old) and Río (22 months old). Sara's parents are chinese, but she was born in Spain and lost chinese language. We would like our kids to be able to communicate in chinese, but if that is not your case, we do not mind at all. We are living in a house very close to the sea (playa de Covachos and La Arnía), and rounded by nature. But do not panic: we have WiFi! although its speed is not that much, it is ok for communication and even for watch a video :D Besides, there are two restaurants where you can go by foot, and another 2 you can also go by foot, but better by car or bike. In 6 minutes by car you can arrive to Liencres, the nearest town, known by its fantastic beaches (like 7 in total!), sacred places for surfers. And we are 10 minuts by car far from Santander (capital of Cantabria), which has an airport with flights to several cities of Spain and Europe.
Sara is doctor. Arcadi is artist. Edén is very smart and sweet, ... more inside
