This is a basic 'camp in tent' accommodation. We are close to the highway also so there is some traffic noise. We are planning to build a small hut in the future but not available yet. You can cook your meals over a fire. The fire area is very well equipped. There are several campsite choices. There is electricity for lighting phone charging and refrigeration. We have seasonal fruit, (lots of pumpkin and mulberries growing at the moment) vegetables and a herb garden for food for cooking.
Chickens provide nutrients for fruit trees and garden.
We ask that you contribute a few hours (around 2 or 3) each day to mulch around the fruit trees or any other small tasks we have at the time.

I live on an “almost fully functioning” intentional community called Bundagen, www.bundagen.com.au - 25 kms from Coffs Harbour & Bellingen NSW. The closest railway station is Urunga. Where the ocean meets the forest, surrounded by national park and a secluded beach. About 200 people live here in 12 villages. There are beautiful forest walks, beach & lakes. I have an “almost fully functioning” life, body and outdoor hot shower, open to the sky & a compost toilet. BYO internet connection or there is free internet at the main community house.

WE WOULD LOVE SOME HELPERS ASAP! We're getting ready to take off on our own adventure and need a hand sorting sheds, packing, gardening ......

Our Katandee is a little 200acre farm in Yass on the road between Melbourne and Sydney near Canberra (our Capital). We offer a big private room, wifi, good food and use of a car.

It's very beautiful, a nature lover's paradise with a lot of wildlife, hiking and swimming in the river. This is a lovely region in autumn and winter. It's cold, but days usually start in mist to reveal clear blue skies. We have a fire we light from the end of April to September which maintains a very warm home.

We have lots of animals, dogs, cat, chickens, geese, sheep, alpacas as well as the wild ones!

Current projects: We ask 4-5 hours per day (20-25 hours per week) in return for room and family meals. Top of the list is building animal enclosures and gardening. But we are flexible, work includes looking after animals, vegie garden, orchard, building,... more inside

We have a room available in a lovely house located in the lush tropical rain forest 20 min from Byron Bay. There is a beautiful creek that runs through the property, with many fresh water swimming holes. An abundance of native wild life including kangaroos, kingfishers, koalas, parrots and a local platypus you may be lucky enough to see.

In exchange for a room and meals we need help with gardening, baby sitting and cleaning for 4 hours per day. Experience with children is required.

We are also very happy to take you out exploring the local area and pick you up from Byron if needed.

Having your own transport would be advantage but not essential.

We are now looking for two people for 2 weeks, to help us with pruning and weeding. We also need help in building a veggie garden enclosure, there's plenty of work to be done in our 1.5 acre garden. We also would prefer none smokers and people who are willing to work from 8-ooam to 12-30 pm, with morning tea at 10. We have a 2 story 3 bedroom brick house, set on one and a half acre semi rural block. Let us introduce you to our bit of paradice, we are 10 mins. from Bega, 10 mins from Tathra beach (great for surfing)and 15mins from Merimbula. We have reached the stage of life where we need a small amount of help for about 4 hours a day. Due to ill health we lost about 2 years and we have not been able to maintain the block and would like help for a short while, a few weeks, to bring the place up to its previous condition. Although fully recovered we have found it hard to bring the place back as it was.
There is space in the car park for a caravan if required. If you require a bedroom... more inside
