Want to stay in an area of real Australian bush with birds, wallabies and even a koala sometimes! We have a hectare of bush with a huge home on it. It's an artist's home that seems to go on forever but the outside is rundown so we need help with gardening/landscaping/paving but also with renovation work.

We have a variety of accommodation with a three bedroom unit and a one bedroom unit available. Both are separate from our home so you have your own space.

We'll provide food and facilities to cook but you'll have to do your own cooking. If you're keen to socialise with us, you could cook us a meal and we would enjoy a glass of wine and conversation.

We are on a bus line so transport into town and to Melbourne is easy. Our setting is very beautiful with lots of birds and wildlife. The area has lovely walks through the bush with tall trees and we are only 3 kilometres from a little village with good coffee shops. We're situated in a suburb of Ballarat but it is so quiet here... more inside

We are a small hobby farm where we breed goats. We are hands on with our goats so there is always something to do.
**Sorry we cannot sign 2nd Year Visa.**
You need to be able to work independently as we both work full time.
2 Dogs, 2 mini cows, 6 alpacas, 1 donkey and 2 cats make up the rest of the family.
Portland forms part of the great south west walk so there are beautiful beaches and great surfing around our rugged coastline as well as bush walking, whale watching (at certain times of the year July and August)
A great place to stay on the way from Melbourne to Adelaide.
You have your own room or share room and bathroom and we all share family room and kitchen.
Koalas regularly roam about the property as do ring tailed possums and many different birds and Frogs. At the right time of year you may even get a feed of yabbies from the dam.

Hello. We're a small family of three who live in Castlemaine which is an interesting, friendly, thriving country town with a progressively-minded community in Central Victoria, 90 minutes by train to Melbourne.

We like simple healthy living. We don't have a car - we get everywhere by bike and public transport. We don't watch television and like being outside in nature. It's beautiful around here :)

Mainly we need help with our seriously adorable two year old girl - basically a baby sitter so we can have some time together.

We are looking for someone who is alternatively minded and would prefer someone who's native language is not English so that they can sing to our child in their mother-tongue :)

We look after quite a lot of honeybees so it would be nice to find someone that has an interest in learning about and helping with that.

Hope to hear from you.

Hi There

We are located on a small family farmlet just off the Anglesea Rd, which is the beginning of the Great Ocean Road just Sth of Geelong, We are about halfway between Geelong and the Surfcoast. 10 mins to all the major shops/stores and 15 mins to the beaches. 70 mins to Melbourne

We are looking to initially provide a place where people can base themselves using their own accommodation - Camper/Tent/Van etc. And in exchange we will provide power, water, toilet,Shower, internet and bbq, firewood and firepit and access to what ever produce is growing in the gardens/orchards at the time. Eventually we want to have some permanent accommodation here to provide for you to use.

Because of this we think between September and May is a good climate and apt time for us to host.

We are after a hand from from some self starters, that need minimal supervision in maintaining the existing garden, orchard, vineyard, and some work with cattle and firewood collection, but also hel... more inside

September 29 - October 8.
Spring in Woodend! We live on a property in the Macedon Ranges, which is an hour from Melbourne. it is a beautiful area - lots of great walks and bike rides. We have a large garden and animals. There is also a seperate bed and breakfast cottage on the property.

We would love some help with gardening, building a net enclosure for a blueberry patch. We also need a shed painted and other odd jobs. For food and accommodation we would be asking for 5-6 hours of work a day. We enjoy cooking and eat delicious fresh food. The hours can be flexible. We live just 3kms out of the township of Woodend but we are close to a train station. It's a lovely small town with good cafes, bookshop, library, etc.
We are a family of 4 with a large, comfortable house. There are bikes you can use and internet access. We have a dog, no cats (in case you are allergic) And please note we are a non-smoking household. Accommodation is a room in our lovely sunny house.

We are looking for volunteers to work on our permaculture farm in Maldon, Victoria. We are based only 5km from the local town where transport can be arranged for volunteers to come and go as they please. We have had volunteers (with 2 still at the moment) get paid work within the local town. We also cater to large parties/weddings which has resulted in our volunteers getting paid work during these events.

We provide comfortable accommodation, more food than you can eat. Volunteers are welcome to come and go as they please in our family home where we have unlimited free wifi, a personal computer and a landline phone that has free calls to anywhere in Australia.

We have proudly been hosts for almost 20 years, and love sharing our culture and lifestyle. Exchange is the key word involved with the expectation of exchanging between 4-6 hours per day of energy for lodgings. This can be flexible and fits around the regular farm routine of the hosts.

Our helpers live as part ... more inside

We are looking for someone to come help/learn on our coloured warmblood breeding stud in Victoria. We have 550 acres running around 70 horses, we bred 20 foals a year and have 3 imported Warmblood stallions. We do all our own AI & reproduction work ourselves on farm. We have accommodation and all meals included.
