Can you build me some garden beds?! I'm looking for someone/ones to build me a series of raised garden beds from old shipping pallets.

I've recently bought a beautiful little cottage in Venus Bay and would love to welcome some HelpXers to do small jobs around the house including gardening, home maintenance and depending on the time of the stay maybe some more serious renovation works.

I'm mostly looking for people who are happy to work outside, establishing a new garden or doing work on the house which might include some dirty jobs, chopping wood, basic labouring/construction etc. Walking the dogs would be a daily activity.

The house is very isolated though with no public transport and very few facilities so having a car or being willing to cycle over 5kms just to get a bottle of milk is essential. I can offer you a pristine ocean beach only 15 mins walk away, lots of native wildlife and endless fresh air in exchange along with a comfy bed, tasty meals and good chats. We are passionate about helping farmers grow without chemicals to produce healthy nutrient dense food. Most of our time is spent on our business Farming Secrets or out in the garden tending vegetables, fruit trees and keeping growth in order.
We live simply and quietly in a beautiful part of the world and are fortunate to be over the road from our local store. There is a bus stop at the end of our driveway which travels between Lilydale and Belgrave stations.
Accommodation is separate from the main living area with 3 bedrooms and bathroom.

Hi! We live in the beautiful township of Warburton, on 3 acres of lovely gardens. We are in walking distance to the cafes etc. and the lovely Yarra river. So many beautiful places to explore near us- you'd be able to use my car to explore some of the time as well.

In terms of work- I'd love some help around the house and in the garden.. As well as cooking meals, shopping etc. Just help with every day life really- nothing too hard!

We have two children, a 4 yr old girl (Ellawren) and a 6 month baby (Heather). Some help playing and caring for them would also be lovely!!

We are looking for someone warm and good with the kids..

Accommodation is in our home, in our spare room. Would prefer a single female.

Looking forward to hearing from you!!

We have a large house with indoor swimming pool set in 4 H with approx half bush and half garden. We have 2 bedrooms each with double bed and a bathroom shared between the two bedrooms for helpers' use.

We mostly require help with the garden - mowing, planting, clearing, landscaping, general tidying and visits to the local green waste tip. Approx 4 hours per day in exchange for room and board. Flexibility appreciated. French speaking helpers preferred but any considered. We are vegetarians but happy for helpers to cook meat.

We go to Melbourne on a frequent basis and helpers would be welcome to travel with us. Happy to take helpers sailing. We are flexible and would like helpers to be part of our small family, which includes George the Meremma. Must be animal lovers. Non smokers only.

Our house is situated in Nicholson, which is midway between Lakes Entrance and Bairnsdale - we have lots of parrots and echidnas. Kangaroos are often seen in the front paddock. There is a... more inside

We live on a sheep and cropping farm in the Western District in Victoria near the Grampians National Park and the Pyrenees Ranges wine region. We are looking for two types of helper at separate times so read below to see if either suits you!

Helper 1: to look after children aged from 3 to 5 years as we have just had a new baby. Our property, Lavender farm is 6 kilometres from the small tourist town of Healesville in the Yarra Valley. The Yarra Valley is wine-growing region at the foot of the Great Dividing Ranges. Gently undulating property in great part of Australia, north east Victoria has lots of amazing environment to explore. We need help in the orchard harvesting chestnuts. This is easy work as the orchard is gently undulating and we collect off the ground (no ladders!). We value-add all our produce, so may also be helping with this. All helpers will be asked to cook some meals, cleaning etc.

Prefer stays of 7 days minimum. Great accom in off-grid house, bikes available to ride into nearby Bright (8kms) with great swimming spots, cafes, brewery etc. Mt Buffalo National Park, paragliding, mountain biking is on the doorstep...
