I live in a beautiful waterfront home on an island in sydney which is water access only. It is a beautiful tranquil natural environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city but also just a 45 minute drive from the heart of the city of sydney. I would like someone to help me out a few hours in the mornings and a few hours in the evenings with my 8 year old twins while I am at work, in exchange for board and lodging. You will have your own private room and meals provided. I hope to find someone who loves young kids and dogs and who is quiet and a non-smoker. You will have days, nights and weekends free and hours of help can be negotiated. Look forward to meeting you.

This is a great chance to experience life in the real Australian bush with a group of other young people from all over the world, in a safe, healthy, fun environment.

We are located in a spectacular setting (see photos) surrounded by thousands of acres of National Park and have lots of native animals on site.

Attunga has been established for almost 30 years. Each year we host camps for schools, scouts, youth, church and community groups. We are a non-profit Christian Camp & Conference Centre located just 2 hours south of Sydney on 300 spectacular acres in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW.

Several thousand guests stay here each year in guest groups, and we often have volunteers staying with us who remain great friends for life.

See our first website link above for pics of our previous volunteer projects.

We are seeking a small number of volunteers to work here in exchange for amazing food, accommodation & use of our great guest facilities.

Surrounded by State Forest and National Park, with awesome views and swimming spots, crystals to fossick for and an abundance of wild life we facilitate a wonderful bush experience.

Accommodation and provisions for 3 meals per day is in exchange for 4 hours help (each person) per night you stay (including weekends). Jobs could be cleaning, cooking, gardening, office tasks, painting, computer updates etc.

Work times (time of day & duration i.e. you can work more some days to have other days off) are worked out to suit both parties.

Most visitors are 'passing through' Port Macquarie so stays of a couple of days up to one week are ideal, although, I have had visitors stay for up to one month.

Port Macquarie is 2 hours south of Coffs Harbour (5 hours south of Byron Bay) between Sydney & Brisbane (5 hours north of Sydney, 6 hours south of Brisbane)

If you would like a homely, wondrous Blue Mountains experience, nestled in nature, without being surrounded by tourists, you're welcome to stay with us. You will relax and unwind here, sit in front of the fire in the evenings, drink tea, go on bushwalks, feed the alpacas, and share stories. Then wake to amazing sunrises!

Especially quiet for those that have just come from a Vipassana meditation retreat.

Read the reviews of previous helpers to get an idea for what you will experience here.

We live in a new house on a two acres, next to the Blue Mountains National Park. Amazing bushwalks begin at our home. Walk to Govetts Leap waterfall, Evans Lookout, the Grand Canyon, and Blue Gum Forest (https://youtu.be/GpAYNkuURV0).

We need energetic help in the garden, mainly splitting firewood and moving big rocks with wheelbarrows to help us building garden beds. There are lots of small jobs, all requiring good strong MUSCLES, following the construction of our house.
