Welcome to our little farm on the internet. We have been hosting international travelers for eight years and it has been a rewarding experience for all.

We share our passion for ethical and sustainable farming to anyone that has an interest. Our ideal helper is one that loves animals and will use their time here to interact and be involved with their care. Having your own initiative is a real bonus to us.

Seeking friendly open minded person that is happy to help around the home and around the farm. We prefer helpers to stay a minimum of two weeks and those with horse handling experience are very welcome.

Located two and half hours west of Melbourne just off the Great Ocean Road. Plenty to see and do when time is your own.

Guests stay in the main house, with your own room and shared bathroom. All meals are meat and fish based with vegetables taken from the garden if the previous helpers have done their job ;) There is never a shortage of fresh vegetables and fruits. ... more inside

We are looking for someone to help out in a nanny/housekeeping role for a week or more.

We are currently hosting someone until the 7th of July.

We would prefer to host only one person at a time - not two or more people.

We have 2 small children (4 and 2) who I will need some help with as I have badly broken my right arm, and will be out of action for up to 12 weeks.

Things you could help us with include planning and cooking dinner, cleaning, looking after the little ones, childcare/kinder drop off/pick up, gardening and general housekeeping.

Approximately 3 hours of work per day, but occasionally this would be more, and some days less.

You would have your own room with a comfy queen sized bed, access to a car and a bike, all meals provided, free Wifi, and the workload wont be too tough - I just need someone to help while my bones mend!

We live in Clifton Hill , Melbourne, which is a great inner city suburb just 10 minutes train trip or 15/20minute bike ... more inside

I am looking for someone to stay and assist with some house cleaning as I have just moved into a place and it could use some wall cleaning and some other odd jobs like assisting me to organise the house.

I am a friendly and sensitive person and it would be nice to have a friendly person to assist with this.

I live in a suburb on a beautiful beach side and I am a few hundred metres from Monash University peninsula campus.

Easy to travel to Melbourne city from my place or to the lovely Mornington Peninsula

It is about 7 - 10 days of work for just one person so it is not really ideal or suitable for two people

and my place has large windows that receive more sunlight through then any place around : - )

Looking for a helper anytime now

This listing is for two separate properties, one in St Kilda West and one in Somers, The Mornington Peninsula.(70mins drive from Melbourne).

At the moment, I need help in Somers and not in St KIlda.

Both properties have a comfortablye, good sized, QS bedroom for Helpxers. Both properties have internet and all mod cons.

1. Somers, The Mornington Peninsula. (photos below. Interiors to follow).

This is a 3 bedroom (2 bathroom) beach house, 5 minutes walk to a lovely safe, clean, sandy swimming beach, in the small coastal town of Somers on The Mornington Peninsula. This is a residential area, however The Mornington Peninsula is an all seasons destination for holiday makers in search of both Bay and wild, surf beaches great hiking, local food and award winning wine (mainly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay).

There is a train from Melbourne to Frankston, change for Bittern or Hastings and there is also a bus from Frankston to Somers. I am happy to pick people up from station... more inside

We are a family of three living on 1/2 an acre and surrounded by bushland, rainforest and wineries - it is an incredible area. We have an organic vegetable garden and currently building a native garden. We are a well travelled family, musical, sustainable and creative.

We are looking for 1 or 2 people to help with our 3 yr old son and gardening.

Our son is a very friendly, relaxed toddler who loves to play outdoors. Work would include playing with our son from 8am - 1pm whilst I work from home, and on other days a little bit of gardening (watering, weeding, planting, shovelling).

We eat organic vegetarian meals and have a cat who is shy and just sleeps all day. There are lots of native animals in the area - you will see kookaburras, parrots, wombats, kangaroos, galahs, cockatoos.

We live in a four bedroom house to which you would have your own bedroom and share bathroom. You can ride our bikes, access to a car, and we would love to show you around the area with bushw... more inside

Come and stay with us in our lovely little farm cottage and horse property, with quiet horses, menage and riding trails by the picturesque Kings Billabong National Park. The property is located very close to the Mighty Murray River and only 12 km from Mildura. The weather is beautiful all year round. We prefer people committed to staying more than Three weeks to enable us to work on bigger projects. Local fruit picking work is also possible. Some Helpers choose to find seasonal work locally.
