We are needing HelpX in October/ November. If you are travelling between Sydney and Melbourne this could be ideal for you.
Jobs mainly include weeding, mulching, painting, cleaning and other gardening jobs on our permaculture farm, 20 km from the village of Bodalla. We are almost self sufficient growing all our vegetables, collecting eggs daily from our chooks, enjoying fruit from our orchard, making bread, pasta and sometimes cheese. Delicious meals will be served each day.
Accommodation is in our very warm passive solar home.
Our farm borders the pristine Tuross River, ideal for swimming and bird watching. We wake to the sound of many native Australian birds, kookaburras, lyrebirds, parrots, wrens, magpies and many more.
We are near many beautiful beaches and the tourist towns of Bodalla, Moruya, Narooma. Each Monday we cycle and visit the beach of Tuross each Tuesday. We have bikes for our guests.

Hello Visitors,

If you like helping around the house and working in the garden (weeding, mowing, brush-cutting, spending time with children then please feel free to contact me. We live outside the town centre of Byron Bay, near a beach on a beautiful property. I have enjoyed having woofers and lots of visitors from Helpx in the past and have had break for a while.
A little bit about my family. I have three young boys and I am a vegetarian and they are not. So if you are either, that is totally o.k. I do not smoke nor drink so I would prefer someone who doesn't smoke nor drink in the house. I am also at university studying and my interests lie in meditation and yoga with lots of other activities. My boys play a lot of sports and are busy most times. If you are you are enthusiastic,self-driven, fun, peaceful and willing to experience the local culture please contact me as I look forward to meeting you. Thank you.
