We operate a wholesale plant nursery specialising in Australian Native plants and South African proteacae, with a small retail outlet attached. We are open Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5pm. We propagate via seed and cutting (and some grafting in summer),and pot into mainly 50mm tubes, but also into 75mm and some grafted plants into larger sized containers. We often need to acces seed/cutting material from 'off the property'either from 'other gardens/properties and/or from private bushland'. We have a caravan on-site for helpers, but would welcome guests into the house for meals, bathroom, social activitys,etc. We have 4 grown-up daughters and grandchildren, and have staff who are keen to experience 'keen young adventurers who are willing to experience a true Aussie small business in operation'.

We have 100 acres only 10 minutes from Augusta and 8kms from Karridale also only 10kms to Hamelin Bay. We are looking for a single or couple to help out on the farm with various small jobs. We cannot host in winter as we operate on solar only and do not have enough power. We can provide meals but do not allow smokers or persons who use drugs.We have 2 pedigree Birman cats who are our children and are spoilt rotten. We live in a renovated shed that is very large and fitted out like a house at the front. The gardens are surrounded by horse and snake fencing. We do not grow anything on our farm yet but are working towards that. We have some fencing and some gardening to do as well as in the summer some tractor work cutting the hay and ploughing the firebreaks. A young farming couple located 1.5hrs from Perth on a beautiful cropping & sheep property can host up to 2 helpers. General farming life will be experienced during your stay. Helpers must have their own transport.

Helper tasks may include landscaping & gardening, fencing, tractor driving, crop seeding and harvesting, sheep work & caring for the horses, dogs, cat & chickens on occasions.

The property is located a 4km from the nearest town, with hotel, shop and cafe, and located 25km from Toodyay which has all services (doctor, supermarket, shops etc).

The farm is located very close to Perth, and in a beautiful location, with beautiful bushland to explore, rocky outcrops and creeks.

We have some sheep. We also grow Oak trees for truffle production.
Work includes general farm work, planting Oak trees, and general work in trufferie, fertilising, pulling out bad trees etc. Cleaning up paddocks of fallen limbs/sticks, mowing, gardening feeding chooks.
As required some sheep work.

Recreation fishing , surfing , swimming and dragon boat paddling.

We require help for General Farm work including working with horses.
We have cattle and fruit trees, a dog and chooks. Applicants should be very confident with horses. Work includes gardening, picking fruit, putting horses in and out, rugging, feeding, picking up manure, picking sticks and rocks, feeding chooks and cattle. Generally helping with the farm jobs. We live in a fun community and a wonderful part of the world.
We would like help at certain times of the year when things are busy. A drivers licence and your own car would be an advantage. No smokers please.
You will have your own room and all meals provided. Length of stay depends on the time of year.

A pastoral property running merino sheep and goats. The Wooramel river runs thro the centre , the river runs after rain resulting in semi permanent pools which attracts a range of wildlife and birds. We have just established a commercial kitchen providing ready to eat camp meals. Work would include garden, kitchen, mustering sheep & goats, fencing etc. Tradesmen are always welcome here. You need to ensure you have boots, broad brimmed hat and sleeved cotton shirts. A fully self contained air cond cottage is provided in addition to meals.

We have a large property in old Broome surrounded by tropical gardens. A detached guesthouse is available- 2 rooms, queen size bed, sunroom, kitchenette, ensuite, outdoor kitchen and full use of the extensive resort style grounds including inground pool.
Helpxers will be required to assist with houses, pool and garden maintenance and dog walking.
We ask for 2-3 hours work per day including high quality cleaning and gardening. We do not provide meals.

Hi, we are a small family with one 5 year old daughter and we can offer free board and food plus a vehicle in exchange for some help with childcare and landscaping. Our property is directly in front of the ocean and has fantastic views of the Indian Ocean where you can surf, dive and fish on your time off. We need the applicant to be a single female with a current driver's licence, and she would be with us for a minimum of 8 weeks. My partner (Lisa) works 4 days a week and would need help with both dropping off and picking up our daughter from school. We would also need help with home duties and the landscaping and garden. Hi, we have a mixed sheep and grain property in the Upper great southern of Western Australia, encompassing commercial sheep, stud sheep, wheat, oats, barley, canola, lupins. Along with dogs and cats and chooks and all the other animals which go along with farm life

Im looking for an air seeder driver and general farmhand for the seeding season this year. The position would suit a retired farmer/trades person traveling australia or a like minded overseas traveller. An evening shift on the seeder for four hours is whats required but a full shift can be accommodated with negotiation. Starting mid/end April through to early/mid June
