Hello all, i'm just starting out here in sunny sub tropical Malaga.

I am renting a beautiful strip of wild land by the coast of one of the last stretches of unspoilt mediterranean Spain. The land is a 5 minute walk from a nice village, Maro, and a 20 minute walk from tourist town Nerja.

I'd like to start up the vegetable garden again, and would sincerely appreciate some help!

Also doing some light construction on A simple cabin, help from anyone experienced with wood extra welcome obviously!

At the moment there are few mod cons! So accommodation would be in a tent, which I can supply, or we can knock up a pallet bed, I have mattresses...
Food is recycled from Nerja, but we can talk about what is expected... and we have some nice veg from our garden. Also, there might well be the opportunity to do a couple of hours weeding in a neighbor's garden for a big bag of organic veg once a week... I only have one of those solar shower bags too, or you can wash in a waterfall in ... more inside

Hola!! We are Laura and Enric, we live with our kids in a little ORGANIC FARM situated in the amazing natural area of Alta Garrotxa, in the Oriental Pyrinees (GIRONA). We grow organic vegetables, take care of sheeps and cows, and are restauring the old "Masia" (stone house).
We need help in farming, agriculture, building, carpentry, and a lot of different works. We propouse 5 hours of work per day in exchange for food and acomodation (acomodation in an independent caravan available, not in winter). Weekend free. Free internet use 1h/day. Sun fotovoltaic energy only.
Specially if you are looking for a very peaceful place. 10km from the nearest village. If you don't have a car you can travel with us (or perhaps neighbours)to the village some days. Nowadays we need help in the vegetable garden, and a little for other works in the farm. Or specially for building (if you have experience in carpentry or building)

Hello! My good friend Colette is a mum who is in the process of healing from cancer, the past year has been hard but she has stayed positive and is continuing to heal and get rapidly more and more healthy through her chosen path of mostly holistic care and treatments, She has an 18 month old son Zebedee who is cared for by her husband Tim during the weeks that Colette returns for follow up treatments abroad.

Several of us families live off grid here in an area full of alternative minded folk from around the world, we are on the side of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in south Spain, one hour from Granada and 30 mins from the coast. Nestled into fields of Olive, orange and Almond trees, In the hundreds! here near the village of Orgiva we live in our converted horse boxes, vans and caravans and yurts, spending as much time outside as possible enjoying the beautiful surrounding nature and weather.

When we ask Colette what would help most with her healing curve is that it would be s... more inside

I am looking for 1 or 2 visitors who would like to stay at our place in Andalucia, Marbella from middle of December for 4 weeks to take care of our lovely dog because we are away.
I would buy you some food before I leave but you would need a little pocket money too. The area we are living in is close to Marbella, there are buses every half hour. It is a 20 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the forest from my house. I also always need help with household, computer, translations, text writing, photography as I have just launched a new Website.
Any other help is welcome too :-)
