Cashmere goat farm in central Tuscany
Beginining today all year-round
We need on-going HEAVY DUTY farm work: one male or couple with animal experience, used to shoveling, pitch-forking, sawing and stacking firewood, road and fence repair, mucking stalls, etc etc. We offer room and board in independent apartment with wood stove; weekly. If you like us and are willing to do the work there is to do and want to stay, we are interested in up-to-90 days stays, working out a schedule with you to fit in with your needs/wants.
Our farm is mid-way between Siena and Florence; there is infrequent public transportation and no TV!
If you not have this experience and are not used to doing heavy agricultural work please do not contact us; otherwise we are lookng for a long-term collaboration with the right person/couple looking for a future in alternative agriculture

We are a young English couple who moved to Italy from London last July and are renovating an Italian villa in Le Marche in the middle of Italy 45 minutes in from the Adriatic coast at the base of the Sibillini mountains and on the edge of the Monti Sibillini national park. Our nearest Airports are Ancona and Pescara approx 1 hour 20 minutes to each . Quiet roads will lead you to unexpected places; rivers, lakes, the unmistakable Sibillini mountains, historic towns, small villages with colorful markets and, a range of festivals and events. The Villa is quite remote and is 10 minutes from each of the two nearest towns.

Local facilities:
Skiing (in season),fishing, walking, cycling, castles, Kiaking (in season), horse riding, local festivals and restaurants.
