Hello there!
Thank you for visiting our page!
We are Jon and Eva, a young couple with 3 kids living in Sierra de Gata (Extremadura), creating and managing a Glamping and Retreats centre, with traditional Mongolian yurts in nature, promoting a healthy life style. We work with therapies and conscious nutrition.
We used to be our selves, volunteer, travellers and we have big experience living in community.
We love to meet new people, ear their stories, exchange visions and experiences.... and volunteers always gives us “fresh air”, good company and great help.
It’s very important that our guest volunteers enjoy the company of kids, because our children love to play and learn with adults, and because somehow, volunteers became part of the family.
Volunteers normally would stay in a yurt, but in case of need it’s possible to stay in a camping tent.
We share meals all together and if you like to cook you can cook for the family. We also appreciate that volunteers help with the c... more inside

We have been running an organic veg box scheme from a beautiful, rural 32 hectare organic finca near the small Spanish town of La Codosera, just on the border of the wonderful Alentejo region of Portugal, for some time now. After all this years, we have many plans to develop the land in a permaculture way, and are looking for volunteers to help us out with daily tasks and with the organic garden.

Tasks may include:
• Helping us in our daily tasks of the vegetable garden.
• General land maintenance (strimming, clearing, harvesting, weeding, turning compost,...)
• Refurbishing the cottage (painting,...)

Some of this tasks are very hard work, so we would prefer only volunteers who are willing and fit to work in some hard tasks, who love nature, who want to help others, who want to learn from the experience,...
We would ask for around 5 hours labour per day, 5 days a week, leaving 2 days free for you to explore this beautiful region.

We prefer couples or pairs of friends,... more inside

We are a couple with a 10 month old daughter who live in a rural house in the forest just 4km from the beautiful medieval town of Besalu, half an hour from the French border and Girona, and 90 mins from Barcelona.

In return for free board and food, we're looking for people with good, positive energy to come and help 4-5 hours a day with growing vegetables in the garden, cooking, collecting wood, renovating the house, looking after the animals, setting up tipis, and general other things, amongst learning how to live fairly rurally and off-the-grid.

Needing someone immediately for some house and land tasks until roughly 17-20 August 2015.

We are located in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata, Almería -Spain.
The site is beautiful and totally rustic, for lovers of life in nature.
Our light is supplied with solar panels and water is limited but sufficient to cover needs.
Important to know that mobile phone coverage is limited and not always achieved.
We have wonderful views of the mountains and the sea. Access to Cala de San Pedro and Las Negras is about an hour walk. The most nearly neighborhood, Fernán Pérez, Níjar, is 5 kilometers from here.
I recommend bringing your own car to move freely because in your free time (a long free time!) Because in your free time you will want to know more sites.
My knowledge of English language is very limited, I'm sorry! However, I have always been able to communicate with everyone.
My permanent assistant Conrad, lives in the farmhouse, hi's from Germany, is very friendly and speak your native language perfectly , Russian and English regularly .
I am an open and flexible to ... more inside

Dear volunteer,
In front of the north facing slopes of the Pico's mountains in Asturias, lies a valley carved by glaciers thousands of years ago. Here we decided to plant ourselves for now. We are a family who came here a few years ago in search for a new learning experience. We really want to try our best to learn old traditional crafts, farm the land, eat healthy, sing and dance and to be happy. Our two little girls are naturally involved in what goes on at the farm and love to give us a hand with every task. Recently we took on a farm which has been abandoned and neglected. We are currently clearing the land and preparing bits and bobs in the house. We are sustained by former crops, but we also bake bread which we sell at a local market. We love music and have a lot of instruments. Musicians are more than welcome. We are people who do not follow a certain ideology, we do not call ourselves anything. We follow physical, mental and spiritual needs before schedules and clocks. Woul... more inside
