My home is not far from Coogee Beach and is close to bus stops and shops. There is myself and my two teenage boys. The boys are very self-sufficient and independent. I'm looking for someone or a couple to do gardening and general household cleaning. Just so you have the right expectation, the room is my large garage, which has never had a car parked in it. There is a double futon as a bed. You can make yourself comfortable in the large lounge, dining area and outside entertainment. We are very friendly and have always made people feel very welcome and part of the family.

We have a small friendly dog who likes a walk if you're up to it.

I have been doing this for quite some time now and this has taught me a few things. Apparently I am too relaxed about getting people to do the work. So this is the deal or I will ask you to leave - sorry but I can't have someone not doing what I need done:

In exchange for one day accommodation, breakfast and dinner you will be re... more inside

You Found It!!! ;)

I am an International Artist and Performer. When I am in Sydney, travellers from around the globe, visit me on my huge floating creative boat. Its very stable and spacious and not like any other vessel you will have ever seen. I am transforming it into an amazing space for myself and travellers to enjoy.

Located, north of Sydney by train or car, in one of the most beautiful places on the river. Close to islands, beaches, cliffs etc. I am looking for people who can help in various ways, who are pro-active and team players. Some of the duties range from general assistance to painting, building, cleaning etc, in addition there are also domestic chores..

Although there is a lot to do, i really try to create a balance between working and playing.. I want you to leave making new friends, learning new skills and being part of something that you will remember as a very special time of your life...

The sun is out, the fish are biting, we saw dolphins recently h... more inside

This is beautiful organic community based on permaculture principles, beneath the mountains of the Border Range National Park. Many wild wallabies, dingoes, birds and creatures live here, it is lush, quiet and a breath of fresh mountain air.
I live in my semi-portable tiny house on a quiet part of the land, with awesome views of the mountain, and always need help doing gardening, weeding, landcare and looking after young fruit trees. For 5 hours work a day you are provided with your own private accomodation in a rustic shed that has been converted into rooms, and with meals. Keen gardeners and workers wanted. Must have long sleeve shirt, long trousers and boots/shoes to work in - the bush regeneration work can scratch you if you have bare skin. Many of us here are musicians, activists and artists, and we look forward to meeting you. I often am out an about and might be able to pick you up from Brisbane, Murwillumbah, Lismore or Nimbin depending on whats happening :)

I require a young person that is enthusiastic to work and of a pleasant disposition. I own a small general store, cafe and service station. Accommodation , meals and a vehicle ( if necessary ) will be provided.
There is nothing to do in Capertee as there is us and a pub. However, the surrounding area is great for camping, fishing, bushwalking, 4WDing , swimming, water skiing, shooting etc etc.
Daily public transport provides a link to Sydney via a bus and then train ( 4.5 hrs ).
I would be flexible with the hours worked and make sure that the situation benefited both parties.

Our home is based on a 25acre rural landsharing community in the picturesque Byron Bay hinterland. We are a busy family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) who are passionate about permaculture, growing our own food, art, health & harmony. Our home space is a creative, chemical free, vegetarian sanctuary, and we are open to host workers who are compatible with these values.

We are in process of planting our share of the property with abundant fruit trees & setting up terrace style vegetable garden beds. In addition to our kitchen gardens, we are involved in ongoing bush regeneration work to restore our property to rainforest.
We seek clean living, motivated workers to assist us with a variety of tasks in the garden such as...

*Maintaining food gardens- mulching, weeding, planting, pruning, preparing food garden beds, harvesting,
*Landscaping - building terracing, steps, digging ponds, planting, creating pathways, rockworks, composting,
*Bush regeneration & restoration work - pla... more inside

We run a polo business one hour from Sydney. We offer private and group lessons, clinics and agistment. The business runs up to 60 horses at a time. Horses travel to tournaments in the local area and state wide.
The business is run by a family with 3 children and 4 full time employees (all in their 20s). We have accommodation for singles only, who would like to help with household duties, gardening, dogs, chooks and horses. We supply food and accommodation in exchange for 5 hours work per day. We have a self-contained caravan adjacent to the full timers accommodation, provide meals and wireless broadband.
Plenty of opportunity to explore the Blue Mountains (which we are at the foot of), catch the train to Sydney or come to the polo with us!

Hi there Helpxer

You are welcome to our bushland sanctuary. We live in an amazing eucalyptus forest with koalas, kookaburras, cockatoos and other native wildlife about 15 minutes from the friendly town of Mullumbimby, 15mins from the beautiful beaches of Brunswick Heads and 30mins from Byron Bay. We’re a family of 3 with myself, Jewelli, and my happy, easy-going son Rumi (11) and really fun daughter Aluna (5). We eat healthy, fresh, (mostly) organic vegetarian meals. We're a nonsmoking, meat-free household, and there's a no dogs/cats policy on this land. We’re living simply and gently on the earth, in 2 large caravans and a bush shack, with solar power, rainwater, and space for a vege patch that would appreciate launching with your loving care.

Your private caravan is about 400m from our home, nestled in a mature pecan grove beside a beautiful creek in the rainforest, with comfy queen bed, solar fairy lights, ice box, gas cooker, outdoor... more inside
