I'm traveling since April 2011 and love every moment of it! After almost a year in South-East Asia I started traveling on private sailboats, coming all the way from Thailand to Japan and then over to Alaska. Meanwhile I am in Central America - back to the sun! Meeting people and see how everyday life looks like is the most precious thing I can experience when visiting a country. That's why I signed up for Helpx.
I like being and working outside and I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. Growing up in an organic food household with a big garden and some land, I know my basics about organic gardening. What I can offer to my hosts: gardening skills, experience in renovating apartments/rooms (moved 7 times in Germany and had to renovate all my apartments), a big heart for animals (grew up with dogs, cats ...) and kids (I worked as a nanny before my studies), cooking skills, respect for other cultures and very important: humor.
