I spent the past four years doing plant molecular researches in the lab. Meeting and solving problems (which come from every way possible) are quite an experience, but to drive a jeep and track a group of wild deers in an African plain is more to my taste. So I waved goodbye to the boss this August, and happily jump on the plane.
I love to get in touch with people. Actually, I love to touch people, and being touched, a pat on the head, on the face or on the shoulder is very much enjoyable.
My next plan is to bring organic farming back to China. My poor country men are suffering from very serious food security problems today, and I just cannot sit here and do nothing. I am willing to learn, and have the reputation to be a fast learner (thanks for the lab problems...).
I am eager to get my hands dirty, my two little balconies are full of different kinds of vegetables. To work long hours will not be a problem, either. I used to work 16 hours in the biology lab, driven by a monster called myself...
I love sports, and played as a professional badminton player when I was younger, that is to say I am physically strong.
I grew up watching Animal Words and have affections to almost all kinds of animals. During my stay in New Zealand, I've learn to work with horse, donkey, cow, pig, turkey,
chicken and of course, cats and dogs, and I am quite confident with my skills. But I know there are still oceans of things to learn and experience and I am willing to be a good student.
My major interest is horticulture. I find myself totally comfortable when spending time around plants. And I am looking for different kinds of horticulture farms to experience and learn in.
I am very easy going. It takes fair bits of energy to get me angry. curiosity nearly killed me, but I am still clinging tightly to it.
I believe that the world is a wonderful place because good men always out number bad guys.
By the way, my English is very good according to my hosts. Communication won't be a problem.
