Companion Ad:
I've just finished high school in Germany and I want to travel for half a year or a year now. I am interested in permaculture and organic farming in general and I would like to visit some places where it is practiced. I'm starting in France because I know the language quite well which is practical for learning about permaculture. When I have enough knowledge I want to go to China and Taiwan because I started learning Chinese and I would like to learn more in the country. Also with the knowledge I'm hopefully going to gain, I would like to help improving farms there. I am also interested in South America, but I think it would be too expensive to go there as well :( Besides learning about permaculture, I also want to get to know people from different countries, learn about different cultures and make new friends. Travelling together is always much funnier than alone, so don't hesitate to contact me :)

Next Destination(s):
France: I'm staying at a farm between Morlaix and
Lannion in Brittany until the second half of
October. After that I'm looking for another farm
that is on my way back to Germany.

Helper Description:
I have just finished high school in Germany and I want to travel for half a year or a year now. I am interested in permaculture and organic farming in general and I would like to visit some places where it is practiced. I am currently travelling in France because I know the language quite well which is practical for learning about permaculture. When I have gained some knowledge (probably around November/December) I want to go to China and Taiwan because I started learning Chinese and I would like to learn more in the country. Also with the knowledge I am hopefully going to gain, I would like to help improving farms there.
I am not very skilled at farming yet, but I am eager to learn. I've already done some workcamps where I cut small trees and built a path out of natural stones and lime (the technique is called "calade" in France), along with some smaller tasks like collecting rubbish, drying grass or taking the bark off from wood. In the future I want to gain specific knowledge about permaculture and a sustainable lifestyle.
