We're not in desperate need of a travel companion but love meeting new people! If you happen to be looking for a few fun, laid back, adventurous, travel loving guys feel free to contact us!
Next we'll be in Spain during Spring, and currently we're in SoCal.
Around March 21st we planned on being in Spain, and traveling to Italy a few weeks after. Although we're extremely flexible on where we'll go and how long we'll stay. We both want to work on a boat, and learn to sail, maintain a boat, and possibly fish, and any other tasks necessary to the job. We love traveling and are quite willing to go to any country in order to be a part of a worthwhile project. Our travel plans are very tentative because we plan on traveling around our hosts instead of trying to find hosts to fit our plans. We are both native English speakers, and college students from Southern California.
I (Max) am majoring in International Agricultural Development and although I don't have experience running a farm or working on a boat I would most like to work on any type of farm, homestead, or boat. I work very well with animals and have a lot of experience with dogs and cats, some experience with chickens and ducks, but very little with horses, pigs, goats, or cows. I am however very willing to learn any skill you may require of a traveller. I'm also experienced in babysitting children. I know how to use a wood-burning stone pizza oven, and an espresso machine! I have experience being a barista, I can cook, clean, fish, paint, and I'm more than willing to learn how to build and fix anything you might need. I'm a fast learner especially for things I'm very keen on! Being able to travel, meet new people, and experience new things is the most important thing to me. I'm willing to go anywhere and do anything for the experience. I'm incredibly enthusiastic about traveling, and I really apply myself in any job that I try. I may not have the most experience, but I do have an overflowing well of enthusiasm and optimism and I'd love to share that with you and the world!
I (Arthur) am also a college student, and soon I hope to go to trade school to become an electrician. I want to do this to support myself as I try to get into Hollywood as a writer, director, actor, or all three. I'm a bit of a jack of all trades and have worked at a Cuban bakery, a sushi restaurant, and am currently a freelance security guard as well as trying to become an apprentice to an electrician. I also have experience in carpentry, catering, lighting, film production, groundskeeping, and construction work. I enjoy being outdoors, and visiting places I've never been. I'm always looking for adventure and that's why I love traveling. I hope to meet some good people with interesting stories to sit down with. I hope that on this trip I'll gain something to add to my list of skills and experiences.
