Helper Description:
Hello,

my name is Guillaume Paul Marcel, I'm a French baker who live in Oslo since 2014. I'm originaly from south-west France. I have grown up in the country side and I love nature, bread and books.

I'm an Helper when I'm travelling, actually I'm in stand by, but if you need some tips or Help in you travel around Norway I can give you some advices or we can meet if I have time !

Background :

I have travel around europa by Hitchiking, in car and with a Kayak. In 2014 I have leave Oslo on my Kayak with the idea to reach Toulouse in France. Unfortunatly I wasn't enough prepare and I finished at Goteborg. I have continue with my kayak behind a bike and I give up cause of my knee almost in Danmark.
In spring 2015 I start a new adventure, I have walk the "Camino de Santiago de Compostella". From "Le Puy En Velay" to "Santiago De Compostella" and then to "Cabo Fisterra". I have walk around 1600 Km during 3 month. It was a great aventure. It was for me the same journey as the kayak trip ...

I don't now when I will take the road again, I have some idea but now, I want to focus on baking bread and sport.
