July 23rd for 4 weeks. Currently we are near Smithers.

Helper Description:
UPDATED: I am now traveling together with my friend Annika. At the moment we are looking for some paid work only, for 3-4 weeks. We are hardworking, highly motivated, and reliable helpers. Any work, from carpentry, housekeeping, gardening or with animals is fine for us.

Annika (25): I’ve studied architecture with specification of old buildings. During my studies I have worked in a reconstruction company. Before that I did a voulunteer year with people from different european countries and my working places have been cultural heritage buildings - the focus was on skilled manual work. I am in Canada on a working holiday visa for one year (April 2018 - March 2019).

Markus (29): I am a DIY carpenter from Frankfurt, Germany. On paper I am not a professional carpenter, but I’ve studied civil engineering before I fell in love with carpentry, which I thought myself and also learned from other skilled people. I also worked as a civil engineer in the construction industry for 2 years and before that 3 years in food retail. I also served in the German Military (Bundeswehr) as a paratrooper for 13 months. Now I want to become a professional carpenter. I am in Canada on a working holiday visa for one year (Oct 2017 - Sept 2018).
Obviously I prefer carpentry/building projects, because I love to design and build with wood, but I am usually fine with every hard work... I always like to learn new skills and make new experiences.
What else about me?: I don't smoke cigarettes... I'm a tidy person... but a weird non vegetarian... I'm open minded... don't need much entertainment, I can entertain myself... I’m very flexible with working tasks...
2016/2017 I spent a full working holiday year in New Zealand. I did a lot of WWOOFing and also carpentry work there aswell.
