Yeah sure, would love a travel companion! When and where are a tricky question though, as i´m ´going with the flow´ and dont have solid plans. Maybe you could help shape my plans! It seems that there aren't that many folks traveling in the United States, BUT I am for a bit (until I escape the country yet again). ;) I'm currently in Las Vegas, heading further west in a week or two. I'll probably arrive in San Fran and then go north from there (OR, WA, and Vancouver). I think I'll hitchhike most of it, a partner would be welcome! I'm open to meeting anyone and everyone interested in traveling and enjoying new adventures of all kinds - I love meeting new people and have made many friends here already. I am a "well" traveled Americana (previously a flight attendant) and do my best to be a gracious and adventurous global explorer. I love trying new foods, cultures, enjoy a good red wine (or white depending on the weather!), and also, a good local beer with friends, sharing stories, and discovering new treasures of all kinds. As of now, I am back in Italia living my dreams, learning the language (and many life lessons) and recently attended a TEFL course (Teaching English as a Foreign language), though after taking my early retirement from flying, I became a massage therapist and also consulted people with nutrition, holistic things as well as spirituality (all faiths welcomed). My dream is to own a villa - retreat/B & B somewhere really cool with like minded helpX type travelers visiting from around the world (and of course I will host helpx people so they can run my Villa while I continue to do my globetrotting;) I've lived in Italy for over a year now -Bologna, Pescara, and at the present time (Oct 07) I am living on the warmth of Mediterranean Sea in Sicilia - since I prefer to be near the sea, and under the stars. I will be here until at least Nov, however, everything can happen;) I am open-minded, a big believer in creating your own realitiy, intuition, no dream is unattainable, and the Law of Attraction (meaning, like attracts like, and what you think about most, you attract.)

I spent a lifetime in corporate America and gave it up in January 2006 for my sanity! ;) I'm living a low-stress life and have returned to college. I am hoping to find a buddy or buddies for travel all over the world! I will not be traveling until spring time 2009. I would love to return to Italy for a few months... other future travel interests include Egypt, Easter Island, Greece, Ireland, Scotland, Greenland, France, Alaska... etc. I'm an avid reader, love animals and will forever be a kid at heart. I'm artistic, generous, respectful, intuitive, down to earth, a little silly, generally happy, honest, trustworthy and comfortable in most atmospheres. I’m looking for someone similar! I can hike/climb/cycle from dawn till dusk then go out and paint the town until day break! So high-energy is a plus! Please no drug users, heavy drinkers/partiers/smokers. In addition to working at some of the helpx farms, I'm hoping to find someone that would possibly enjoy other conventional travel methods or some adventure travels.
