In November 2008 the UK Working Holiday Scheme was replaced by the Tier 5 UK Youth Mobility Scheme.
The new Youth Mobility visa for the UK acts in the same way as the old UK Working Holiday visa by allowing young people between 18 and 30 years of age to experience life in the UK for up to 2 years and take up permanent or casual employment to help fund their stay.
