Hi, we are June and Oz and we live in the Haute Pyrenees. We have a few assorted animals ie. chickens, ducks, dogs, cat and a pony. The house is in the process of renovation and we have a food shop that we run from home.
The renovation and general help in and out of the house are the main reasons that we are looking for help so if you like being outside and are comfortable with animals it would be good for you.
The accommodation is in the house. There is internet and T.V.
We feel that a couple or 2 or more friends would enjoy the experience more than a single person as we are 3km from a small town which has a few shops and a couple of bars but is not a really lively place. However, we are able to drop you off in other towns when we can.
This place is lovely for those who enjoy beautiful and natural surroundings. We have a small lake which is home to many frogs and frogs do sing! There are also sheep in the fields and and therfore there will be countryside noise. We have bycicles here for you to go exploring and the dog is always up for a walk, especially if it includes jumping in the river.
We are looking for people who are happy to get themselves up to give 5 hours a day with weekends off. Young people also seem to be very happy here as it makes for a good place to chill out and save money in between a touring schedule.
We hope that you would feel comfortable and happy here.

June and Oz
