looking for helpers now..... anyone with carpentry skills for mending a section of the caravan....

I am bookdealer, and single mum, of one very well behaved child, (a model of virtue, aged 12,) with approx 1 acre of woodland, and sloping garden. I am looking for carpenter/ practical handy man
to build and create and do general maintenance and gardening tasks in exchange for accomodation and meals.

If you like books, peace and quiet, then you will like my is untidy though, so anyone with OCD should stay away.

Rural but 1/2 an hour to central london, ten minute walk to Bletchingley village,
easy access gatwick. great views, peaceful, on public bridleway/ long distance footpath, Greensand way.

working hours are 5 hrs a day, any 5 days a week. so you can pretty much arrange your week so as to have time off to sight see etc in london or wherever you chose.

accommodation is in the new, to me, caravan. Doing it up os one of the first tasks as the rear needs insulating and fixing up!
Right now I am concentrating on digging the a vegetable garden, Hard work on a sloping garden, but luckily, sandy soil.
