We are looking for helpers for 2014 - Spring, Summer or Fall. Extended stays are welcome up until late fall. Our farm and yard is well manicured, and we have developed our infrastructure (watering, garden work) to the point of relative ease. No tasks assigned would be grueling, but instead just helping, and working along side, with anything and everything from day to day.

We are 45 minutes south east of Saskatoon, on Highway 11 near Kenaston ( Enjoy our tranquil and relaxed farm setting and a casual work schedule. Here you can be part of the family to the extent that you choose. Lodging is in-house but during BnB season (when our Bedrooms are booked) you may have your own private quarters in a trailer, but with full access to the house and in-house facilities including wireless internet.

Tasks would include: gardening, light yard, orchard & greenhouse work, ... ie planting, weeding, watering, picking, trimming, and anything else that is going on or is of interest, including help with the supper meal which we do together. For breakfast and lunch we just feed ourselves whenever. Supper preparation is shared.

Pictures below show the veggie garden (Aug '11), the front yard and flower gardens, little chicken shed in the background, the back view of the greenhouse (where I have made some trails through the property), and a sample of produce in berry season.
