I live in a 3 bedroomed, single story home with my 4 cats & a friendly boarder, Grant, who works 12 hours a day at the Oceana Gold Mine.
I work as a casual assistant district librarian.
I have one weak ankle that stops me from doing long, rather physical things around the house.
I have a 1/4 acre (nearly) section, So I need help with mowing the lawn.
I can do the inside windows but can't clean the outside, as they're a bit high & a ladder is needed.
The cleaning of the windows needs to be done every now & then, but the lawn needs mowing every 4 to 5 days in the summer.
There could be other bits & pieces to do & if I think of any, I'll post them here.
What I'd provide is.................
Your own bedroom.
Shared bathroom. The shower is over the bath.
Dinner, but not lunch or breakfast. But you can use the kitchen to make these meals yourself.
Both Grant & myself can't share our broadband's, but the Library I work at has WIFI & free computer(2 desktop)access during opening hours - 10.30 to 4.30. And it's only a 15min walk away.
