Our farm is a diverse 36-acre organic farm found in the beautiful countryside of Jasper Ontario. This is a non-smoking home

Since 2004 we have been creating a sustainable family farm operation, we raise dexter cows, pigs, laying hens, broiler chickens, turkey and a CSA program. Our produce gardens are a large part of what we do. There are two green houses that are home to hundreds of seedlings. We have nature trails through our mixed wood forest which includes some small wet land areas. We also have a small maple sugar bush that allows us to make maple syrup the old fashioned way! We love to cook home grown food so you will be feed well!

During your stay with us some of the things you will have the opportunity to learn, may include:
getting seeds started, transplant seedlings, work both weeding and harvesting in the garden, caring for animals, collecting eggs, repair/build fences, help build out buildings, clean out barns, trim nature trails, haying, cutting fire wood, putting CSA baskets together and much more.

Our accommodations include a trailer with 2 single beds in the warm weather. When it is chilly we offer a bedroom in our home. Working hours are from 8am-1pm. Minimum stay of two weeks.

We are only 10 minutes from Merrickville that sits on the beautiful Rideau Canal, 25 minutes from Brockville Heart of the Thousand Islands and one hour from both Ottawa (capital city of Canada) and Kingston. We are only a few hours from Toronto. Depending on what is happening here on the farm we are open to visitors from Mid March through October. We look forward to meeting you this season.
