We run a boutique guest house in this beautiful and rural part of South West France. We're looking for hard working, easy going people to assist and contribute to general DIY and gardening.The main jobs that need to be covered are everything from basic Gardening and caring for the fruit trees, care of the vegetable, mending the chicken coup, painting furniture in a distressed style, decoupaging furniture for the rooms etc etc. There is much work also to be done in the house and anyone with the following skills is particularly welcome
* Gardening
* Artist
* Plumbing/electrics
* Carpenter

We are happy for people with these skills or a great work ethic and enthusiasm to learn to assist us. We would be particularly keen on hosting a couple or chaps travelling alone or in pairs- we need strong hands!
Fantastic meals provided on working days (5 days a week)and all helpers will be housed in one of our luxury bed and breakfast rooms. It is a very comfortable and beautiful house. Our house is secluded so own transport would be a major bonus , however we are happy once or twice a week to offer lifts to the station and you would be welcome to hop in with us to the shops etc. Bordeaux and St Emilion are both less than an hour away. We have bikes you can use and there are some great walks nearby. We look forward to hearing from you. Lora and Rob x
