Farm assured sheep farm / holiday cottages / 2 acre walled garden not officially organic, but fruit and vegetables grown organically.
Love some help with fencing, shepherding and gardening for those who love outdoors and sewing, painting, creating lovely holiday cottages, for those with a creative bent...loads of scope! Busy chaotic house in beautiful area 12 miles from the centre of Edinburgh. We have two dogs and lots of sheep. Own bedrooms in historic mansion - please look at website for some pictures. Laundry facility and lots of great grub, with emphasis on family meals around the kitchen table. Sense of humour more important than any particular skills, but ability to use strimmers, hedgecutters, chain saw, tractor or digger would be great. Suggest robust footwear and warm clothes for outdoor activity, we are 1,000 feet above sea level. Hours approx 5/6 hours per day, weekends suggest you explore Edinburgh or surrounding area. We are happy to get you to bus / and collect.
