We are recruiting for helpers to join us for May and June. Please contact us if you are fit and strong and don't mind getting stuck in to some rewarding projects. The benefits are good and the vibe really fun.
This property is both a small organic orchard and a small eco getaway with a couple of Yurts and a Bell Tent as accommodation for B&B guests. The orchard is rich in fruit and nut trees and is nestled 400m above Lanjaron with natural springs and a lovely stream alongside. We have the most outstanding wiews and the freshest air in Europe. If you are into the environment and its unspoilt beauty, you will love this place.
The accommodation for helpers is a small, clean and comfortable cottage within its own private surroundings. The food is good, the atmosphere is upbeat and positive and we enjoy having like-minded people around.
We need help on the land, keeping it tidy, cutting back the growth, trimming trees, we also need help with some landscaping projects, general maintenance and tidying near the lodge and very occasionally some help with the guests. Strictly no smokers please.
There is great hiking, horse trekking and a charming traditional Spanish town nearby that has everything you could need. The town is walking distance down a pretty goat track which takes 45 mins down and 1.5 hrs back up, town is the nearest for shops etc. We do drive to town regularly so there is a regular chance for a lift.
If you would like to learn more about us and where we are visit us on the Cool camping UK website, under Spain, we are Chaparra Eco Lodge.
