We're a small family campsite with glamping accom.

We are looking for positive, friendly, pro-active people either to work 3 days on followed by 3 days off helping us with tourists on the site or for an individual to help us with inquiries and arranging guests stays.

Based on the site for the season either in your own caravan/camper etc or we can provide accom if you don't have any. The idea is that you'd help us out either on the site and be on hand in case campers need any help for 3 days followed by 3 days off or help with enquiries and arranging guests stays in the weekdays and have weekends to explore.

We're based in rural Dorset near UNESCO world heritage sites so you will have plenty of time to visit our rich cultural attractions locally such as the city of Bath and Stonehenge.

We're looking for helpers to generally keep the site maintained (grass cutting, cleaning accommodation & toilets, laundry, cook breakfasts, opening & locking main gates, seeing in guests etc) and dealing with customers. Or an individual to help reply to enquiries and questions and help organize the guests stays, things they might want us to arrange and keep track of whose coming and going.

We have a small team of both young and older helpers each of which has their time on the rota so you would need to be very can do.

We have a close working friendly team with an 'everyone muck in' and 'can do attitude.' As many guests are new to glamping you'd need to be up and around through your days so that guests and ask any questions. When on duty Wardens are expected to maintain a high visual presence during the day.

In return for helping you will receive a pitch with electric for your tourer / motorhome and fishing rights to the sites fishing lake whilst employed. There is a possibility for accommodation to be provided if you do not have your own and this could be discussed for exceptional helpers. Helpers also have the chance to get some pocket money as a thank you for providing additional service like tea delivery to guests. Their is also the possibility of some paid hourly work with one of the businesses next door when you are not helping on site.

Helping places are available for the winter and summer seasons. Successful helpers may be invited to return next season. Because of the there is a lot to teach we are looking for long term helpers a minimum of 4 months.

The on site helper role would really suit a couple working together and people who like to work outdoors. The helper with inquiries would need to know how to use a computer.

Please drop us a line to let us know you're interested and we can go over any further details with you.
