This is an artist residence since 8 years. more than 100 international artists pass the house, we create european art projects like and make a lot of cultural activities in conjunction with local artists and people of the village.
now we want to transform the cultural nucleus to a permanent living community (incl. common economy). we also want to buy land around the village to cultivate and develop local markets. we have knowledge in housebuilding, it, catering trade, project management and small animal husbandry, we are looking for people with knowledge in organic gardening and permaculture.
