Located on the foot of the Caha (Kerry) mountains in the beautiful Coomhola/Borlin valley of West Cork, we live in a self built eco-house, surrounded by lawn, garden, orchard, meadow and trees. We keep ducks, chickens and turkeys for own needs. There is also a vibrant and interesting neighborhood and community around us.
We are a family with 5year old twins and a 2 year old(and two grown up children living away). We are looking for help with daily tasks in and around the house / garden. The sun has begun shining and its time to get a few cleaning, sorting and preparing jobs done in the house and garden. We are both creative and tolerant people with holistic values and broad life experiences. We very much enjoy meeting new people and learning from one another.

Accomodation will be in a nice cozy room with a view, above the will have access to your own kitchen for breakfast and if desired for lunch and then join us for the family dinner. Good food is assured. We have a gorgeous stream running through our land- with a swimming hole-, also we have bikes we can loan you, and plenty of space to relax. Bantry is our nearest big town, with a vibrant market and coffee shops/pubs etc. It is 10 miles away. The walking trails of the Sheep's head and Beara Peninsula are a short distance away. A small beach is 2.5 miles away.
Our photos show the house mid winter and us at a local pirate festival...

THanks for your interest.
