This is a farm ranch and independent experimental ecologically sustainable intentional community that has began to form officially as of September 01, 2013. The property was Christian revival camp until April and was devastatingly deforested, so now we need help to restore the land to make it more productive (enhanced ecosystem) than ever using best practices, advances, and recent lessons in ethnoecology, deep ecology, agroforestry, permaculture, aquaculture, indigenous knowledge, and sustainable alternative technologies.

We are located in the Northern Amazon in the foothills of the Guiana Highlands on a navigable clear water river. We are geographically located on the ESE portion of the Guiana Shield at the eastern edge of a 1,000,000 square kilometer wilderness area that has no roads or private property. Our project is a doorway to this region and we feel responsible to preserve it this way, our indigenous neighbors and residents agree.

We have permaculture are working on the establishment of vegetable gardens. We have chickens, ducks, goats, and care for injured native animals from the region and release them.

We established the location as a cooperative and we grow organic medicinal plants as well as herbs, spices and fruits. We are just beginning though there is lots of work involving the few thousand pineapples, orange trees and other fruit trees we need to prune and maintain after 20 years of neglect.
