We are a young family in our mid 30s running a farm, garden and guesthouse from our historic 300 year old family home. We are looking for a person or couple to join us as soon as possible. We have gardens, a farm and woodland and are looking for a couple or individual to help us in the kitchen garden for some or all of the summer months tending and picking vegetables and fruits as well as helping with the maintenance of the gardens. Ideal for someone interested in gardening who'd like to spend the summer months in a rural idyll away from city life.
We also require help in the house for someone who prefers the indoors.

You'll get your own room, help yourself breakfast and Lunch and a supper each night. Free wi fi and use of all the estate has to offer including boating. fishing, biking.

If you love the great outdoors you will be very happy, we have woodpeckers, red squirrels and pine-martins. We will repay with good food and a house full of curiosities to explore as well as extensive grounds, lakes, gardens, and people that are warm and friendly. There is lots of beautiful countryside along the unspoilt border in this fascinating part of Ireland. Take a bike and explore. We swim in the lake in the summer and it doesn't get dark till gone 11pm. There's also a truly authentic Irish pub at the end of our drive and trad music in the pub in our local village (4 miles away) on friday night.
