In the heart of the Negev highlands in Israel, near the rim of the Ramon Crater is our farm, one of few in the world where you can see a herd of beautiful llamas and alpacas, originally from South America.
The farm combines agriculture with tourism; we farm the alpacas mainly for their wool and many visitors (families, school groups etc) come to see and learn about these fascinating animals.
We offer B&B accommodation, leadership courses, horse riding etc.

We offer a room to stay and food budget. The helpers we are looking for need to work 6-8 hours a day for 5 days a week. The work includes making breakfast for our guests, feeding the animals, selling ice cream and drinks and cleaning the rooms. We also offer horseback riding for workers, in their free time.

We ask for helpers to commit for a period of at least 2 weeks.

We offer a caravan with 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and living room, outside area with hammok and fire pit etc. Peaceful environment

The farm is located 3km outside of Mitzpe Ramon, we can not guarantee transport to and from town at specific times but vehicles go back and forth throughout the day and a getting lift is usually not a problem. The surrounding area is spectacular - right next to the Ramon Crater - great hiking and walking trails close by, clear nights perfect for star-gazing. Public transport Between Mitzpe Ramon and major cities in Israel.
