After a busy season of helpers and the build-up upon us, we are now looking for someone keen to help keep an eye on waters (ie bore run) and light maintenance. Some previous farm experience would be handy. Self-contained, air-conditioned accommodation available for longer term commitment. We are a family of 4 and run a cattle station 90 km south of Katherine as well as 500 acres 20 km west of Katherine. Our cattle operation involves low stress stock handling using horses and dogs supplemented with motorbikes and helicopters.Jobs vary on a regular basis depending on the seasons but there are always things to do for anyone that is keen to have a go and experience the vastness of what outback Australia is really about. It's a team environment where everyone pitches in but there will be times when you will be working independently. We are an easy day trip from Bitter Springs, Edith Falls and Southern Rockhole. There is no shortage of things to do for those who like a bit of adventure and the great outdoors!
