If you are growing plants/ vegetables, you might think is a good idea do simply scoop some soil/ sand from your yard to grow your plants in. Actually this is a bad idea. Garden soil contains many types of bactéria, (some of them really bad ) and it can be harmful to your plants and vegetables. We, from MOCOCA SUBSTRATO, make our own organic soil mix, so your vegetables and plants can grown free from unwanted bactérias. Our mix is used for gardens in general, coffee, and organic vegetables. We are located in São Paulo State, but our main clients stay in Minas Gerais. We distribut to supermakets, Garden shops and farms.

We are very aware that we must take good care of our good nature so we also sell some other recicle produts for gardens and farms.

We would love to share some ideias and learn also from diferente people and their own experiences. Duties would include to keep a close eye in our soil mix --always taking samples from it (it can´t be too dry neither too wet.) Pack bags with the soil mix( 2 kgs, 5 kgs, 10 kgs and 20 kgs.)

Since we also have other organic products, some of them needs to be washed. So we put them in bags and immerse them in clean water for a couple days. Afterwards we take them out of the pool and put them to dry on the sun.

Its a pretty nice place, calm, and organized company in the middle of nature, 15 min from the city. 80% of time our exchange volunteer would work on the shade.
