We are a small intentional community of four people (Aldo, Maria, Marina & Dennis). We live in a big old villa and share common projects.

We take care of about 1000 olive trees, located near the house and on the hills nearby. We also have a vegetable garden, a few fruit trees and some beehives.

We host seminars all year long (mainly on weekends but also a couple of one-week-long seminars per year) on nonviolent communication and other topics.

Part of the house is rented as B&B in the summer months.

We need help with the olive trees (mainly in spring for the pruning and autumn for the harvest, but not only), the vegetable garden and occasionally other works in and around the house (reparation, carpentry, painting...)

The house is in a small village 7km outside Arezzo, with a beautiful view on the valley and the city. You will have your own room and bathroom, vegan/vegetarian food and free time (We would be happy with 4 hours per day from monday to friday, but we are flexible in both directions).

You can reach the place by car or train (to Arezzo main station, then 15 min bus or local train). From here you can visit Arezzo (also by bike) or hike on the mountains (there is a national park not very far away). Florence (1 hour by train) Rome (2 hours) or Pisa (2 hours) are not far neither.

All toghether we speak Italian, German, English, French, Spanish and some Portuguese. Italian, English and Spanish are the only languages spoken by everyone.
